Are there any new rules I should be aware of before I arrive?

Yes, you must bring your own face mask and wear it at all times. You will also be required to pass a temperature screening.

Have the casino hours changed?

Yes! Harrah’s Northern California will be closed weekdays 3 AM – 7 AM for deep cleaning and open 24 hours on Saturdays & Sundays.

Are face masks required and what types are acceptable?

Yes, face masks are required at all times and all guests must bring their own. A proper face mask completely covers your nose and mouth and is securely fastened with ties or straps.

Are fabric masks acceptable?

All fabric masks must be a cloth material (cotton, silk, linen) that covers the nose and mouth.

What should I expect when I arrive?

The North Entrance, West Entrance, Valet and the Laurel Lounge will not be open. There will be directional signs to lead you to the open parking lot. Once parked, you will enter the through the South Entrance only. Teammates will be on site to check for face masks and take temperatures before allowing anyone inside. This is mandatory for all guests and teammates.

I need my Caesars Rewards® card reprinted, where can I do so?

An additional Caesars Rewards® card reprint station have been set up outside the South Entrance. The Reprint kiosk has been relocated to the West entrance. In addition, a Seven Stars and Diamond Caesars Rewards® card reprint station has been set up in the Laurel Lounge.

What precautions are in place ensure the health of teammates?

Each teammate will be required to pass a health screening and receive training on COVID-19. Every teammate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a face mask and pass a temperature check prior to starting their shift.

What else are you doing to help prevent the spread of the virus?

  • Cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place for all common areas including chairs, tables and touch screens. 
  • Kiosks have been temporarily removed from the floor. 
  • High-touch areas will be cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.       
  • To ensure proper social distancing, markers will be placed throughout the property to clearly indicate entrances and exits and safe spacing for all guests and teammates. 
  • Face masks are required for all teammates, vendors, guests and any other visitors.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the property for guests and teammates to use.
  • Frequent handwashing is encouraged and guidelines for proper hand washing will be placed in all restrooms.

Will Reward Credits to Free Slot Play be available with the removal of the kiosks?

Yes! New software has been installed on the slot machines to allow guests to convert their Reward Credits for Free Slot Play directly at the machines. Upon carding in, a ‘RCs to FSP’ button will appear.

When will promotions such as gift giveaways, tournaments and drawings start up again?

As we focus on the reopening of the property, we are following social distancing and large group restrictions in place by current state and local guidelines. We hope to reinstate giveaways, tournaments and drawings as soon as it is possible do to so, keeping guest and teammate health a top priority.

When will the Bus service return?

We are monitoring state and local guidelines and plan on reinstating our bus service once it’s deemed safe to do so.

Will I still be able to enjoy my Caesars Rewards® Tier status and benefits?

Your 2020 Tier status and benefits will be extended through January 31, 2022, giving you more time to enjoy what you have earned.

In addition, we have extended the expiration date, meaning your Reward Credits® will NOT expire due to six months of inactivity until September 1, 2020, at the earliest. More information regarding Caesars Rewards can be found at Caesars.com/myrewards.
