My first visit to Harrah's Philadelphia was my last. Me and my wife knew that we had made a mistake as soon as we entered the casino after exiting our bus from Brooklyn, NY. No Host greeted the bus,and once we got inside it took a while for someone to come down and greet us. They were not nice, rather mean by my standards. Then no one explained nothing about the casino. We were left to discover the place by our selves. Once we discovered where the Slot Machines were located, some of the $5.00 certificates we were issued the machines would not accept them and calling for service attendants, well they never showed up. So we just moved on until we found machines that would accept them. We were not impressed by your payouts either. Few and they were very hard to come by. The nicest working person that we encountered at your establishment was the cashier in The Market Place Restaurant. One person, that's so sad. With that experience under our belts you don't ever have to worry about us coming back ever again and we mean that. To quote our children, "Your Casino Sucked". .
