The dinner menu features a classic Steakhouse collection of appetizers, small plates, soups, salads, steaks, seafood, chicken, lamb, veal, gourmet burgers and side dishes. Signature specialties include an eight ounce prime sirloin, crab-stuffed Cape May Flounder with lemon beurre blanc and "house-made" braised short rib ravioli with red wine shiitake mushroom reduction.

The Cove Steakhouse has also partnered with Varallo Brothers Bakery on South Street to provide tempting treats like South Philadelphia Cheesecake and Chocolate Entremet Cake. Cove’s six flavors of gelato come from Philadelphia’s own Capogiro Gelato Artisans. Reservation is recommended.

Chef William J. Griffin is a top-performing chef with 14 yrs experience in Food & Beverage Industry. He is highly skilled in Meat and Fish Butchery and Fabrication, professionally trained for classical French cuisine, and specialized in prime steak and lobster. During the past 5 years, he has cooked for celebrities and VIP guests, and worked with top celebrity chefs including Marc Forgione from Iron Chefs, Jose Garces – the champion of The Next Iron Chef and owning restaurants across the country, Bobby Flay from FoodNetwork, Geoffrey Zakarian – an Armenian-American Iron Chef, and more. Chef William Griffin was also invited to showcase his culinary art at the Taste of Philadelphia by Philadelphia Weekly Event and Philly Style Magazine Hot List Party.

Chef William Griffin used to be the Executive Sous Chef at Central Michel Richard in Atlantic City, specialized in “American cuisine with a French accent”. With his contribution, the restaurant won “The Best Burger in AC” featured in “Atlantic City Weekly” newspaper. From 2008 -2012, Chef Griffin was the Executive Sous Chef at the famous Izakaya Resturant which was awarded “Best Restaurant in Atlantic City 2010” by Philadelphia Magazine. These four years brought Chef Griffin abundant experience of serving creative and artistic Japanese cuisine, sushi and robatayaki.
