What do I sat first. Tried to call Harrah's Philly to inquire about the cove (their only fine dining restaurant). Had to get corporate reservations who admitted no way to contact the Philly casino on the phone. I inquired about the hours of operation . He told me they were open weekends(this was Sunday) and that he would transfer me to the reservation line at the cove. I was transferred to an automated message that said open Friday,Saturday and Sunday from 4 pm on. It instructed to leave the time date and number of people I did. When we got there it was closed till further notice. I went to customer relations and the lady said they were not sure when they would open. I told her of my call and the 1 hour drive we took to eat at the cove and that they took the reservation. She had the nerve to say they never changed the phone message from before close down three months ago.We went to see a host and guess what the host desk was closed on a busy Sunday afternoon. We decided to stay and play a while you would think after three months to prepare everything would work to perfection. Many of the slots we tried to play either would not recognize our cards or take the money.( THEY WERE OPERATING SLOTS NOT THE CLOSED ONES) we said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and decided to leave . Many of the money cash machines were out of money out of service or would not accept the tickets as a result the cashier line was across the casino floor. My wife and I used to be both diamond members we now are barely gold because this is the norm now with Harrah's at any of their casinos. Customer care and service is none existent.

DANGER! Social distancing is impossible with narrow aisles, and not enforced at table games. Players can, and do, remove masks to smoke and drink. This is a breeding ground for Covid-19 as many, many customers were not wearing masks after entering. There are no partitions between slot machines, which are definitely not six feet apart. This is an abomination of the law and this casino should be closed and fined heavily. The only positive thing I can say is that the maintenance workers were vigilant and tried to keep everything clean. However, they cannot stop the spread of germs from gamblers choosing not to wear a mask. Expect an increase in the virus, compliments of Harrah’s disregard for public safety.

Staff is friendly and the casino is clean. Waiting for drinks can sometimes take longer than it should but overall a good experience. A variety of restaurants. Valet is quick and courteous.More
