ALAMOS CHARDONNAY, ARGENTINA 2012
The Alamos Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark purple color with ruby red tones. The nose is full of ripe red fruits, sweet spice and a touch of tobacco. The mouthfeel shows red currant and cassis fruit layered with notes of cedar and espresso beans. The finish is soft and sweet, with finely grained tannins adding structure and length
SAUTEED CHICKEN BREAST WITH MANGO CHUTNEY
Third & Fourth Courses:
ALAMOS “SELECTION” MALBEC 2012
Alamos Selección Malbec 2012 has a dark, violet color with deep black tones. The grapes are sourced from four different vineyard sites in the Uco Valley. This results in a complex blend of ripe plum, black currant and cassis with subtle chocolate hints. On the palate, it has a soft generous texture with concentrated fresh fruit and subtle cocoa flavors. Finishes long and lingering with fresh, balanced acidity
BEEF TENDERLOIN TOPPED WITH PORCINI-MARSALA SAUCE
ALAMOS CABERNET, ARGENTINA 2012
