Needs updating. My husband went to 3 floors trying to get a Pepsi out of vending. When he finally found Pepsi and put money in, a bottle of water came out instead . I had him call the front desk and tell them. The front desk says “ we will send housekeeping up with Pepsi, it took over an hour for us to finally get it. (I understand that we are not the only people there, it come on). The food from the Steak House for room service was brought to us in a cardboard container, with a piece a foil on the bottom of the container with the food just sitting in the foil. Horrible presentation from a “Steak House”, never seen anything like it in my life. WOW. We tried to order a pizza before we called the steak house, the info in the room says you can get that until 8:00 P.M., we called at 7:30 P.M. to be told that we had to call by 7:00,(clearly not how it was stated in their, in room pamphlet). We tried to eat one more night there. 11:00 P.M. - 2:00 A.M. the info in the room says you can get a hamburger cooked done, they won’t seek them unless they are cooked to their specifications. That’s ok, but when we got the burger, it was raw in the middle and I would not eat it. Does no good to send it back, I see how they are already.We will never go back there. Manager I spoke to on the phone, he “WAIVED” our “resort fees”, that they shouldn’t be able to charge anyway, NOT A RESORT IN ANY SENSE OF THE WORD!!!!They would not give me the info for the “GENERAL MANAGER”, I was told that “He was higher up”, SERIOUSLY!!!! This is definitely a run down property charging high prices for bad service. Housekeeping didn’t even vacuum our room when it clearly needed it.Definitely will contact the “GENERAL MANAGER”, somehow. I will figure it out. I don’t need their help to find out who it is. SAD, people think you’re that dumb, that you can’t figure it out on your own. Yes, I have photos, and yes I will be sending to “The General Manager”!
