My husband and I booked directly with the resort experience even booking was not that great but I figure they're call center and lack of expertise when booking shouldn't prevent me from still visiting the resort. Upon arrival we waited at the gold line and they kept calling people who are higher tiers than us but nonetheless we waited patiently to get our room. As we got to the front desk I asked a lot of questions because they weren't very clear on the phone or in person about the fees that were being charged at that moment the staff seemed bothered by me and all my questions. We got our room keys and without any details or welcoming feeling especially after telling them its our first time there they sent us on our way! We got to our fresh room and our toilet was leaking all over the floor we tried calling the front desk but apparently you can't reach the front desk from the rooms so we go back downstairs, they then assign us another room we go back up and there's towels on the floor completely dirty room great! I'm hungry tired and just want a room! We go back down and they assign us another room we go up and ok nice room a little bit of an upgrade from what we originally had so at this point I'm thankful,as we spent time in the room we noticed dust bunnies and weird gnats,our white sheets were stained I just felt disgusted. We are tired and want to go back home but already spent all this money and time getting to the hotel so we stay. The next day I go to take a shower and notice the glass on a shower door it's broken which which is super dangerous but nothing surprises me at this point because our whole room which is supposed to be a luxury room is dingy dark and full of dust.Aside from all these issues with the rooms the customer service is terrible. I really was hoping to enjoy this weekend with my husband in this hotel so that we can come back but don't think that I will be coming back or recommending it to anybody.

We didn't realize that's what we booked so went back down and asked to switch rooms and we were quickly told NO. The room was gross. Smelled like urine. No where to put our toiletries in the restroom. We felt very uncomfortable being in this room. We couldn't wait to leave. Worst room ever. Never again! And we're Diamond. But it means nothing.

I have stayed at Harrah’s Rincon Resort Casino on several occasions as a complimentary stay (not paying). On arrival, once you get past the Harrah’s Rincon Front Desk, I guarantee you will enjoy your stay. When you make your reservations, accurately state your arrival time. If you do not check into the Hotel timely, a room may not be available. If you are a dog lover, then this is the casino for you. Guests proudly bring their dogs to the casino floor. The dogs may be on leashes, in baby carriages/ baskets or just in the guest’s arms. For those who do not like dogs or have allergies, this may not be the casino for you. For my next visit at Harrah’s Rincon, I made reservations for 2 queen beds. I was told by Harrah’s Reservations if I did not need 2 beds to inform the front desk when I checked in. At Harrah’s Rincon front desk, it was unacceptable to inform them I did not need 2 beds. Harrah’s Rincon informed me no room is guananteed. The gift shop and restaurants close early. If you get hungry during the late evening until morning, Starbucks is open. The rooms do have refrigerators. There is a Subway Restaurant at the service station, and the service station does sell after-hour goodies.. Perhaps my prior experiences at Harrah’s Rincon Resort Casino would have been better if I were a paying consumer. Putting the front desk representatives' rudeness and unprofessional demeanor as well as the dog casino aside, I would recommend anyone to stay at Harrah’s Rincon. You will enjoy the room and its décor, pool, entertainment, the bar, restaurants, and most of all the winnings. Enjoy!

We arrived around 5pm on a Monday, and took over an hour to check in. The pool bar was closed and many of the amenities (restaurants, pool ) closed early. As well as many common areas not cleaned or taken care of The room was not fully cleaned (hair and debris left in the shower) and carpet seemed damp. The hotel has alot of potential, yet seems to not be able to decide if it wants to be a resort for couples or a kid running around family resort. It currently (for our stay) seems to fail at both. Smoke filled and dirty, yet with the pool as the center piece closing early.
