Very nice property. We upgraded to a 4th floor Dive In room which means a pool view. Our view was pretty spectacular. The room and bathroom were very clean and pleasantly decorated. The walk to the pool is very long no matter the location of your room. The elevators are a long walk from the lobby. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and courteous. Every single one. Wow! The pool area is fantastic. The main pool water temperature was way too cold. We were told several others complained about it. The small bar pool was perfect temperature. The lazy river was a good temperature but could be a degree warmer. Apparently the resort is going for a drunk pool atmosphere complete with loud music even at the lazy river. I can’t understand why resorts think guests want to listen to THEIR playlists. I had to turn my ear buds up to nearly full volume in order to hear just MY music. I prefer a quiet atmosphere to hear the sound of the waterfalls. If I want music, I’ll play my own. Suggestion PLEASE: TURN OFF THE MUSIC at the lazy river. Let guests have at least one area that is peaceful. It’s a LAZY river. It’s supposed to be peaceful. And turn off the rock music in the elevators too. Really. Must guests be subjected to profanity laced music everywhere? The choice of non alcoholic drinks at the pool: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist and lemonade. Not even iced tea. Food at the pool was all Mexican. Suggestion: offer cold fruit and veggie trays, iced tea, more variety of soft drinks, sandwiches. There is no room service at this time. If you want food or beverages other than Mexican, you have to walk to the other side of the casino. It’s a very long walk. There are no coffee makers in the room. You have to make that very long walk to the elevator, then to the lobby, then Starbucks in the Casino for a cup of coffee. Pack your Keurig and some K Cups. Bring Creamer and sweetener. There is a small refrigerator in the room. Suggestion: rent some indoor electric golf carts and have door dash style deliveries from the takeout restaurants. Even though it is illegal to smoke at indoor public places in California, they allow smoking in the casino. You’ll want to bring that N95 mask. The spa doesn’t seem to know when they are open. We made our room reservations based on their listed days and hours. When we arrived, we found out they weren’t open at all during our stay. The front desk was confused as well. That resulted in lost revenue for the resort and we were very disappointed. No concierge and no maps of the property. This is a large property. You’ll be getting your 10,000 steps by noon! Suggestion: post a large map of the property in the lobby guests can photograph. If you don’t want to print maps, you could also have them available to scan like the Cafe menu or put them on the tv menu.Suggestion: Have videos with instructions on the tv menu how to use the slot machines and play the table games. We found most of the slot machines very confusing. Still don’t understand the Caesar rewards or how to use the card. Maybe offer teaching tables and machines so guests can learn how to play. Communication was confusing. No information in the rooms to find out restaurant hours or phone numbers. No menus. The front desk did not always answer the phone. I can’t say this enough...it is a very long walk to the lobby to ask the front desk a question.

I've been trying to find a contact email for customer service, but my emails led me here. I love Harrah's and will visit again, we go every year for a birthday celebration. This year however, due to COVID-19 the rooms are not being cleaned during your stay. That's fine, but it's not okay that they are not properly cleaned between stays. The first night we arrived a bit late and did not notice the dirt on the comforter. In the morning we requested a new one. Understanding that we would have to make the bed ourselves, the comforter was left hanging from the door. Perfect, thank you. Go to make up the bed and there is a huge blood stain on the new comforter! Since we requested towels that came in the same bag we sent it all back and requested a new comforter and new towels. We received sheets, towels, and a comforter. In the process of making the bed i noticed that the bed skirt was extremely strained and the bottom of the bed covered in something like milkshakw or whatever, it was white. Not sure what it was. I think that if the guests are going to have to clean up their own rooms and make their own beds then certainly exceptions can be made for blood stains etc. We would have stayed our of the room while it was cleaned and sanitized. My boyfriend is not one to complain so I saved it for later because during a pandemic a clean room would be very nice to step into especially for peak stay prices. Granted we were on the dive side which is a little older, but we love being near the pool when we stay. Honestly it was otherwise an extremely great experience. There weren't as many precautions as I thought there would be except around the pool area where masks were strictly enforced when walking around. That part was great. The hotel and casino area were filled to capacity and you could surely tell. Overall we had a lot of fun this weekend. We chose to get out during quarantine so can't complain much about that, but I do think the cleanliness of the rooms could've been addressed much better seeing as to how the guests are cleaning up and making the beds themselves. Lastly, checking into the pool could be a smoother process which we all had ideas about.

In this day and age it doesn’t take much to prompt a patron to leave a bad review. It could be the smallest of issues and unfortunately there is a growing number of people who will jump at the opportunity to tell the world how horribly they were treated or how the business did them wrong. Contrarily, it takes a phenomenal amount to impress someone enough so that they were to leave the smallest of positive reviews and praise exceptional performance for a business. It takes even more to impress me enough to write a review. Not because I’m hard to please, but because if I review a business, you bet your butt it’s spot on and you should follow my advice as gospel! So why should you choose Harrahs over ANY other casino? I’m going to start with the one that’s really what you want out of a casino... THE MONEY!!!! The jackpots are non stop and they happily pay them out with several team members armed with Benjamin’s! These guys are awesome! It might be sunny outside, but these fine folks are making it rain on the inside! The dealers, the cashiers, the pit bosses, the hosts, the front desk employees, servers, and honestly the ENTIRE staff takes this already lucrative visit and turns it into an experience that even dwarfs the ritziest Vegas resorts! Why are you still reading this? Go play at Harrahs right now! Shawn
