We recently stayed at harrsh"s rincon resort for 3 nights. We picked this place because we had stayed there before and enjoyed it. The service and cleanliness of the hotel was very good. BUT...the...More

We recently stayed at harrsh"s rincon resort for 3 nights. We picked this place because we had stayed there before and enjoyed it. The service and cleanliness of the hotel was very good. BUT...the communication between front desk and team members was horrible. We had to change rooms 3 times! I asked for an ADA room but was given a regular room. Room 2 was fine until we woke up in the morning and had 1 inch of water on the tile floor and the carpet leading to it wa soaked with water. We called front desk and 3- mins later the maintenance man came and said it wa from the ADA roll in shower. Well NO one had showered during the night so it could not possibly be from it. Finally room 3 had a broken thermostat and I had to call front desk again for help, about 30 mins later he showed up and ended up putting in a new thermostat.There are some things that can certainly go wrong in rooms BUT when you have to move 3 times in one stay then it shows that someone is NOT doing their job.We will NEVER stay there again which is a shame because we really like the casino and restaurants.

I have been frequenting Harrah’s Rincon for the past 4 years. I enjoy the drive. It is conveniently close when I want a great getaway. They have a good variety of slots. The pools are nice. There is...More

I have been frequenting Harrah’s Rincon for the past 4 years. I enjoy the drive. It is conveniently close when I want a great getaway. They have a good variety of slots. The pools are nice. There is a nice variety of food. I have told all of my family members and friends that it is a lovely spot for a short escape. BUT.... this is the second time that the front desk has been unprofessional and discourteous. I am a former concierge. I know a thing or two about customer service. When a customer books a king room (I have the receipt) and they instead get a double queen, a simple “I’m so sorry, let me see what I can do” can easily assuage the situation. I received “You have to come down right now or there’s nothing we can do about it.” I’m hoping this does not ruin our stay. It’s Valentines Day weekend and I’m in room with 2 queen beds with the love of my life.
