We stayed at this location for my birthday this past weekend and were greatly disappointed. We requested an early check in which we were told would be acceptable and we also called prior to arriving and they said yes to come in, to find out our room wasn't ready until after 4pm. We finally get our keys and go up to our room to find out they gave us keys to an already occupied room. The room was nice, my wife booked the Dive Inn Palomar Suite because it had the oversized bathtub, and the room was huge! To our dismay, while in the bathtub, maintenance knocks on our door saying the tub is leaking to the room below. They advised us we would be moved/upgraded so we could continue to use the tub. The next day, we hadn't heard anything, so we used the tub again and here is maintenance knocking on the door. Again, we were told we'd be moved/upgraded. We didn't hear anything and when we asked the front desk, they simply said 'no rooms available, just avoid using the bathtub'. It was very rude and unprofessional, we paid over $600 specifically for this room because of the bathtub and nobody seemed to care we did so. We stay at Harrah's in Las Vegas all the time and always love the resort. We stayed here once, and it was an awful experience. For the amount of money we spent here, something should have been done to accommodate us, not just saying 'don't use the tub'.
