Harrah's suffers from poor maintenance and bad billing. I had been staying at Harvey's to ski but decided the walk might be shorter with Harrah's. Bad decision on my part. The room is more expensive. The view of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly were extraordinary. I was there to work and ski. The desk lamp had a broken lightbulb as in I cur my finger when I unscrewed it and of course it didn't work. I searched all over the room for USB ports and couldn't find them. The housekeeping staff couldn't tell me where they were no good Lisa who answered the phone in housekeeping. I found cords with 4-5 plugs fro technology, but they didn't work and they I discovered the USB ports on the underside of the telephone. Maintenance had to replace the lightbulb and the telephone base. Self-parking is not-covered. So there was ice all around my vehicle. It was so icy that I didn't dare load my luggage - there's that bad maintenance again. The elevators neither ding nor light up so you miss elevators because you can't see the doors open or by the time you look at the eight sets of elevators and run for it, it's too late. Hello Maintenance? Finally, the hotel was noisy and every night I was woken by people talking in the halls. There there is Caesars' Customer service. I was charged an early check-in fee for each day of my stay. The first time I called, I didn't get a human after 20 minutes on hold, the second time I spoke to a human after 25 minutes and she tried to tell me it was the resort fee and I pointed out I was charged for that. Then she saw that I had been charged the early check-in fee three times. I won't be staying there again and recommend that everyone go to Harvey's where the parking lot is safe and things work.

Currently staying here with my family and I have seen several people indoors, not eating or drinking, without masks on. Tons of kids in the arcade area as well without masks. There doesnt seem to be anyone enforcing it. Even the valet guy who helped us was not wearing a mask which I would assume should be required. We have a 2 queen room and while the room size is nice, there's been a whistling from our window all night and a noticeable draft despite us trying to secure the window with the locking mechanism. Was hoping to have the kids enjoy the arcade while we gambled but with the covid surge and lack of mask enforcement in the hotel it looks like we will have to find entertainment outside the hotel. On the bright side, the location of the hotel puts it within walking distance to lots of shops and a short drive to snow parks. It's an OK place to stay. Convenient location but there's room for improvement in other aspects of the hotel.

Another great weekend at Harrah's. Great welcoming staff and the pit was.on fire. Progressive were poping and service was a first class. Thanks everyone. yShawn!!!! He kept his bet as a true sports fan. Although he loves his Diamondbacks he is starting to replace them with the Giants. Kept his word!!! Took him a little while to figure out how to put the jersey of the pennant winner!Oh back to the reviewThe Sage room was awesome. Ribeye and Idaho baked potato with lobster bisque. Delicious.....New restaurant Sapore. Italian on the 18 floor was also over the top. Try the lasagna as an appetizer and save room for the tiramiso .....

Arrived here at Harrah’s Friday 11/12. Gambled my butt off and cash advanced my debit card 4 times because I exceeded my withdrawal limit at the atm. All advances were high. No one at the cage required me to present additional ID or additional cards with my name on it! The next day, Saturday, 11/13, I came downstairs after my nap, wearing a baseball cap, black jacket, and joggers and the treatment by Greg at the cashier was uncalled for. He spoke to me in the most condescending way. Mind you, I’m a diamond member and just because of my attire, the service was completely different. I was unable to withdrawal money from my own account if I didn’t have another form of ID or card with my name on it. This treatment is unacceptable, especially to a long time customer and diamond player. I highly advise the leadership team at the cashier cage to speak to the employee about fair and equal treatment to all guests at the casino. Because of this, I probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.
