Canceled part of the trip without notification, the Executive Host was of very little help. did not even have the courtesy to meet me, I had to initiate contact, Had the worst steak dinner I have ever had at any Caesars property, at Friday's Station, almost all or the restaurants were closed for the first 2 days of the trip, Requested a phone call from the general Manager and she never contacted me, must have thought her time was more valuable then mine. The gaming was terrible, literally no tables open for most of the trip. The host told me if she had been contacted she would have advised me to cancel the trip, the question is she new I was coming and had my information, why did she not contact me. Literally no one I spoke to at the property was of any help, I even had to ask for something to do. Even the front desk clerk when I went done to leave a message for management to contact me acted like I was bothering her. The property still smelled of smoke. I literally feel like I wasted 5 days.

We had to wear masks everywhere regardless if you were vaccinated or not. Hot water ran low and carpet was folding (trip hazard) Smoke detector beeped most of one morning. Had to call maintenance at 5AM

The fact that they are not even addressing that the entire Lake Tahoe Basin has been declared a huge health hazard.No mention of it on their website, nothing about it anywhere. Business as usual for these money grubbing crooks.

Save your money just go to the hard rock . Better rooms , better service . Lower rates . This hotel (Harvey’s ) is a joke . Don’t do it .

Have to give kudos to Cherokee Valley River for making sure all guests and employees wear masks for everyone's safety. Plus the smoke from the California fires was absolutely horrific you couldn't even go outside it was so bad. On Sunday we couldn't even eat on the lower-level restaurants because the smoke was so terrible. we had to eat our food inside the room
