Harveys Lake Tahoe Hotel and Casino

We had 3 rooms on a business trip. No refrigerators in the rooms and no place to eat without a reservation which was impossible to get. Room and closet vents were very dusty as well as the closet shelf. No coffee in your room due to Nevada COVID restrictions. As busy as the elevator was we never once in two days saw anybody cleaning the elevator buttons. Resort fees ($75) per room were needed at check in (that was not disclosed) after booking online and paying almost $500 for all three rooms.

Stayed here for three nights, Sunday - Wednesday. The place is quite empty and some of the bar/eating areas are closed - as they were at the other neighboring casinos. We did appreciate that under the circumstances there was no charge for parking or a stupid resort fee.Overall a good stay. However, when we are all hyper sensitive to cleanliness, it was disappointing to see the area of the carpet by the wall and bed had not been adequately cleaned for a long time.

We stayed here two nights in January. Excellent location right at Stateline. We could walk to several restaurants close by. Yes you have to “mask up” in public but on the Nevada side, the restaurants were still open for dining and once we sat down to dine, we could remove our masks. Parking was free! The beds were comfortable and staff were all great. I appreciated having a Starbucks on 1st floor. We would stay here again.

My kids enjoy the roomy of the hotel while I was at work. The check out options were great and easy to use. We will definitely reserve this hotel in the future through the Hotels.com again for the near future with the tax’s season.

This place is a dump. It’s dated and smells of cigarettes with dog hair everywhere. Walls are paper thin so you hear talking and others tv all hours of the night. And this is the renovated area. And how does it make sense that you can lay on the beds/pillows and use the showers/toilets but having a coffeemaker, microwave or mini fridge are out of the question? I have been everywhere through this whole ordeal and have never seen this. Also staff are horrible and rude. I guess it’s the customer’s fault if you only speak English.
