We had three rooms for a family event - each of which was dirty and poorly maintained. Two of the bathrooms had what appeared to be human hair stuck to the ceiling and, in one case, the light fixture, and all three bathrooms had what appeared to be visible mold growing on the ceiling and walls, and on the grout between the shower tiles. The common/public areas on our floor were dirty; only two of the three elevators appeared to be operating, and those had trash on the floor. The reservation clerk said we were getting “deluxe” rooms - not quite.

I would have given this resort 5 stars accept they required us to move rooms the last night of our stay. Also, the fire alarm went off early morning around 6:45. It ended up being a false alarm but the staff did not do a good job of letting people know that we could go back to our rooms. On a positive note, the casino was fun, the first room we stayed in was very nice and updated. It also had a beautiful view. The second room was a mini suite with a fabulous view but the room it's self was worn out. Because of Covid, there was not room service and limited restaurants and bars open at both Harvey's and the connection hotel/casino Harrah's. The location is wonderful and close to everything including a few steps away from Heavenly Ski Village.

Really bad experience. First they put us on the 5th floor. Dogs barking everywhere. Moved us to the 7th floor. So many issues! Small room, no storage, no place to plug in my heating pad or laptop. Ceiling in the bathroom was coming down. We were booked for 4 days. Checked out after 1 night. The place is a dump and we were charged over $200! The front desk listened to my complaints but did not help or acknowledge my concerns. Will file a dispute with Visa.

We have stayed at Harvey's once or twice a year for the past 20 years. Booked what was supposed to be a "Premium King Room" on the Ceasars website however got a room that was small, worn, not thoroughly cleaned and is definitely not one of the renovated rooms. If you book here stay away from the 14th floor on the Tahoe Tower where we stayed. Housekeeping did not bring us the extra towels we requested also no fridge, coffee maker or alarm clock. Not a high end hotel, not worth the over $300 for 2 weekend nights, however the bed was very comfortable.

I stayed here a week and it felt like a month. If you have a family or are trying to spend a nice weekend with your date, this is NOT the place for you. Basically the entire hotel smells like weed. There is constant noise, not hot water in the morning, they don't provide basics to get thru the stay. I had go to the local CVS to get soap, shampoo and TP. They offer to move us but when I checked the other floor it was just as noisy and smelled of marijuana. This place is just plain nasty.
