Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else at the state line. This hotel is not worth you time or money. We stayed here for two nights when the hotel wasn’t crowded. Yet we ended up on a floor filled with dogs in every room. Though I am an animal lover, I do not enjoy pee in the hallway. Twice we found pee in the hallway leading to our room. The first time a huge puddle was smeared across the floor. The second time there were dried droplets in front of our door where you could see the dog next door walked and peed it’s way in or out of the room. Not only this, but with all the dogs on the floor left alone at night the entire floor echos with enough barks to mimic the twilight bark in 101 Dalmatians. The customer service is almost nonexistent as it was hard to get anyone to answer the phone. The spa, concierge, front desk, billing—all of them had troubles answering the phone for us. And when we were able to get a hold of a person they would hang up before you could finish speaking. Every. Time. In fact, I asked to speak to a manager regarding a drunken brawl that seemed to have happened in front of our doorway in the middle of the night. No manager available and I am still waiting to hear back. Rooms are shabby. We walked in to our room to find a huge wet spot on the carpet (which I hope wasn’t pee). There were two outlets available (by the TV and in the bathroom) and the chargers connected to the phone were torn off. The room has no coffee, no refrigerator, no room service, no valet, and no one answering the phone so I’m unsure what the resort fees go to. Because it surely was not used to enhance my experience as a guest. The only thing I would recommend is Hell’s Kitchen. Wonderful experience. We even ate their twice on the trip. The staff was amazing, the food was delicious. I would 100% recommend eating here just don’t stay at Harvey’s to do it. So many places that are worth the price and have better customer service.
