We ventured to out for a special occasion. Had reservations at Hell’s Kitchen so we thought why not stay at Harvey’s since it was in the hotel and it just went through a major renovation. Their Covid protocols were fine but that’s the only good thing we have to report. The room was large and had new carpet and probably new furniture. The air conditioning did not work, it either ran constantly or had to be turned off. There were no hangers or glassware, though there was an ice bucket. They did deliver those items after we asked. The pool was worse than a motel 6. What a beautiful day, but no umbrellas (they said wind was a problem, but I’ve stayed in many other south lake hotels that had umbrellas). The lounge chairs were all broken and the area was so dirty and run down we couldn’t stay for more than 5 minutes. They have this fancy new app that is supposed to work like a concierge. We sent in a question and never got a response.Don’t waste your money here. Hard Rock is a better and more updated option. Not sure what they renovated other than the rooms, the place is dumpy.

To be honest, after reading previous reviews, I was quite worried about staying at Harvey’s but enjoyed my 3 night stay. Room was on 12th floor in Tahoe Tower which was spotless and recently renovated. There wasn’t a fridge or coffee maker, but this is Covid, I work for a major airline and can adapt. Bathroom spotlessly clean and fully stocked with towels/hand towels/washcloths. Ice bucket provided and machine located at end of floor. Full cable tv. Enjoyed food from sports bar downstairs and both meals were about $30 with drinks/tip.im not a fan of the resort fees but hey, it’s Nevada. No problems at checkout, the bill was correct which I double checked from reading reviews here. Currently, no charge for parking. I would definitely return and stay again.

No amenity pool, house keeping, water in rooms, fridge, microwave. Not even an ice bucket.Went to use my comp for a nice steak dinner, comp deleted. advised was probably a glich in system but nothing we can do. $300 gone. with supervises reduced they still charge full fees. Then charged 7% to cash in change. That's the last straw for me and Caesars Casinos. Several years back I had a Heart Attack and didn't play for almost a year they took about $600 in comp and refused to give it back, then told me to get a Total Rewards Visa and my points would not expire. the other day they said I should have read the FINE print on the Credit Card. Before Harrah bought Caesars I would rate Harrah's on 1-10 A 10+ best in the Gaming Industry.

OMG, i will never return, it’s very dirty, staff are very disrespectful, since I came back I been sick, I felt like throwing up in their hallways and elevators, stopped the housekeeping supervisor and acknowledged the dirty hallways, dirty carpets, elevator full of stains, they should shut down immediately, specially with the COVID going on that place is so unsafe, I have videos of it to proof, plz don’t stay it’s not worth it, their staff don’t deserve business and nor appreciated, very bad experience.

The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The bathroom walls were dirty with questionable body fluids. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. No glasses to drink out of or rinse your mouth with. No coffee pot or frig, yet a few days earlier we were in Reno and they provided both without asking. Why not Tahoe? The TV was pixelating on every other channel. Every trash can in the parking garage by the elevators smelled like puke. We were there for 2 days and it's unbelievable that the trash bag couldn't be changed in that amount of time. Icing on the cake was the smell of feces in the elevator of the parking garage and the horror of seeing it on the floor of the elevator we were riding! I'm an ex local and have lots of friends and family that have worked for Harvey's over the years. Very disappointing to see the substandard level of service they are putting out. Definitely not worth over $320 for 2 nights!
