OMG, i will never return, it’s very dirty, staff are very disrespectful, since I came back I been sick, I felt like throwing up in their hallways and elevators, stopped the housekeeping supervisor and acknowledged the dirty hallways, dirty carpets, elevator full of stains, they should shut down immediately, specially with the COVID going on that place is so unsafe, I have videos of it to proof, plz don’t stay it’s not worth it, their staff don’t deserve business and nor appreciated, very bad experience.

The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The bathroom walls were dirty with questionable body fluids. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. No glasses to drink out of or rinse your mouth with. No coffee pot or frig, yet a few days earlier we were in Reno and they provided both without asking. Why not Tahoe? The TV was pixelating on every other channel. Every trash can in the parking garage by the elevators smelled like puke. We were there for 2 days and it's unbelievable that the trash bag couldn't be changed in that amount of time. Icing on the cake was the smell of feces in the elevator of the parking garage and the horror of seeing it on the floor of the elevator we were riding! I'm an ex local and have lots of friends and family that have worked for Harvey's over the years. Very disappointing to see the substandard level of service they are putting out. Definitely not worth over $320 for 2 nights!

Before I start, I only came here because my wife and I will be reimbursed by a travel company. In short, this hotel offers little for a high price and falsely advertises. Here's a list of problems:Wifi: you pay an extra $25/night "resort fee" for wifi, fitness room, and (allegedly) pool access. This fee is NOT included in the price of the hotel, and it is not optional. Problem is, the wifi sucks. My wife and I were only allowed to connect 2 devices, and the download speed was less than 1 megabit. My home wifi is 300 megabits. It took forever to just load my emails.Because these things are not included in the listed price, I consider it a hidden fee as most hotels include this in the price (which for us was advertised as $89/night). This means they falsely advertised both "no hidden fees" and "having high speed internet" which are at the bottom of their website.Fridge: or really lack thereof. They have a pool and a fitness center but they removed the fridge and coffee pot in the rooms because of "Covid". Yeah right. If you cared about covid you wouldn't be running your casino filled with at risk old people. Also, the ice machine was down on my floor, and to get to the next floor, I need to take the elevator down, go all the way to the other end, get ice (if it's working), and then go back.Room change: this one is a specific instance. We reserved a room with a king size bed. As we were checking in, apparently they sold out of all their king sized rooms and the lady asked if we wanted an upgrade. Well, the upgrade was a room with two xl twin size beds, or whatever the standard is (not queen though). So we crammed together in one much smaller bed.Overall, just a terrible place to stay. Save your money and stay elsewhere. The casinos make enough money from people gambling away their life savings.
Love the remodeled room!

We stayed at Harvey’s July 1-3, before the holiday weekend, and we enjoyed our stay as always. We knew we would be facing new Covid regulations and everything went just fine for us. We also upgraded to the newly remodeled rooms and loved it! The new design and color scheme was really cool, love the blue, and we loved the bathroom!! Very contemporary design with awesome lighted mirrors! You also use your key card in a slot by door to keep room lights on. We were on the 16th floor with an awesome view of Heavenly village and the Lake. We ate outdoors at two different places and the casinos were really quiet, just how we like it. The highlight for us was the new room, we love the remodel! I believe we were first to stay in the room we had, since hotel had just reopened the day before, so it was very clean and perfect. We will definitely be back and request a remodeled room!!
