Spent 3 nights Nov 11-14. Limo was waiting for us at Reno Airport. Beautiful drive up to Lake Tahoe. Limo driver was friendly and helpful. Host was waiting on us when we arrived at Harvey's. Check-in was a breeze, everyone in VIP services was so friendly. Got the room I requested, a lake view balcony suite which was wonderful. The shower was especially awesome! Great view of the lake from every room and the patio was so nice, spent a lot of time just sitting out and enjoying the view. Everyone at both Harvey's and Harrah's was extremely friendly and helpful, from the maids to casino floor personnel to the bartenders and cocktail servers. It was very slow in the casinos, at times we felt like the only one's there which was fine with us. We had no problems at all during our stay. We spent one night back in Harrah's Reno. One of us left our cell phone in the room at Harvey's and someone brought it all the way back down to Reno and we got it in just a couple of hours. It truly was the best I've been treated anywhere and I will definitely be back!

My husband and I went to Harrah's to purchase show tickets. The box office was closed and an employee came up to us and asked if he could assist us and we told him what we were trying to do. He explained that Harrahs and Harveys were a joint entity and said we could go through the tunnel under the street to Harveys and purchase tickets for Harrahs. He should us the tunnel and when we reached the other side another employee should us where to go. The box office person was very helpful and we were able to purchase the tickets we wanted. What started off as a frustrating experience turned into a fun adventure and conversations with very nice helpful people.
