The Horseshoe casino has started locking players from their Diamond rewards accounts stating that their computer algorithms show my account is not profitable to them even though I just achieved Diamond plus status. They state I just come in and collect the free gifts and free slot play. They did this without warning to several players and did not notify in writing or even in person they can not give a clear explanation of why this is happening or how long my account is inactive, start end date? Maybe the casino is going bankrupt possible? I have escalated but still can not get a clear answer, all I am told is they will re-evaluate account in 30 days. I am still getting emails to come and collect my free gifts but am unable to since they locked me out of account. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
