As part of Caesars Entertainment, Horseshoe Baltimore is proud to uphold our Corporate Code of Commitment which pledges to its employees, guests and the communities it operates in that it will honor the trust placed in them, and conduct operations responsibly.
Horseshoe's Share Program
Our Share Program is a community giving program designed to support the organizations and initiatives our employees care about the most. Team members nominate worthy organizations or causes that are important in their lives to potentially receive support from Horseshoe.
Horseshoe Heart Fund
Heart Fund - HEART (Horseshoe Employee Assistance Relief Trust) is an emergency assistance fund for our team members. The HEART Fund is designed to provide financial assistance to team members who face an unforeseen crisis, which results in financial hardship. While our benefits and compensation packages assist team members’ many needs, the HEART Fund provides additional assistance during these times.
Code Green is our organization-wide, multi-year strategy to identify, monitor, measure, assess, manage and reduce our material impacts on the environment. This consistent, structured, data-driven and disciplined environmental program leverages the passion of our employees, as well as engages our guests and suppliers. Connecting to #Planet earth for a sustainable future.
Horseshoe Hero Program
Our HEROs program enables, encourages and empowers employees to be leaders in our community. Horseshoe Casino maintains regular community engagement initiatives and we are continuously overwhelmed by the passion, creativity, dedication and generosity of our employee HEROs.
Dedication to Responsible Gaming
Promoting responsible gaming is part of the heritage and culture of Caesars. Our company’s long-standing and continuing commitment to responsible gaming is something we take great pride in. Caesars position on this issue is clear: we want everyone who gambles at our casinos to be there for the right reasons – to simply have fun. We believe that all entities involved in legal wagering have an obligation to promote responsible gaming and address underage gambling.
