Audiences might know Aaron Lewis as the lead singer of the rock group Staind, but it’s his solo country songs that he’ll be playing March 3 at The Riverdome at Horseshoe Casino & Hotel - Bossier City.
The Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter made a name for himself as a founding member and lead singer of Staind. The band released seven studio albums and is known for hit songs like “It’s Been Awhile” and “Fade.”
While Lewis has been performing solo acoustic shows since he was a teenager, it was in 2011 that he released his first solo EP, “Town Line” and made the jump to country music. The record featured the song “Country Boy” with George Jones, Charlie Daniels and Chris Young.
Lewis’ first full solo album, “The Road,” was released in 2012. The first single, “Endless Summer” appeared on the country charts.
Lewis remained focused on country music and his next album, “Sinner,” was released in 2016. It featured the hit “That Ain’t Country” and the single “Sinner” with Willie Nelson.
Don’t miss your chance to see Aaron Lewis’ concert as he tells stories and performs songs from his country records in his Bossier City show.
