Disgusting hotel and casino! I’m reaching out to Caesars telling them to drop them from their affiliation. Also to update their website reviews as they are not consistent with recent reviews. I have no intention of ever staying here OR AT ANY CAESARS PROPERTY EVER AGAIN!Dirty, fees for services not rendered, sketchy people, little to no security. No coffee or ice available. Only “coffee” was in casino.....colored water extent of qualifying as coffee. Restaurants don’t open till 7:30 am. Not located near any McDonald’s or some such other to even run out and buy some to bring back! Dealers in casino were mean to people. Just so much stuff. My husband went to casino looking for coffee and saw 5 guests in the casino and 7 SECURITY GUARDS...:.must be issues in the overnight hours? Absolute slum. Oh yeah one last thing....we’re driving out route 49N.....someone would make a killing with a coffee joint between here and Little Rock.

Room was not very clean. Arm chair, couch, 4 dining chairs in the room were disgusting. Snoking room with no ash trays, requested around 4pm and did not get ashtrays till the next day. Bathtub drain clogged and took 30 mins to an hour to drain after a shower. Front desk staff were not friendly, helpful, or knowledge. I used to love this place, sad that it's gone down in standards.
Disappointed

First time staying in hotel in about 4 years. This so called Vegas style casino has a ways to go to live up to that. Nice room but no coffee maker, no water, 2 plastic cups, about 2 electric outlets...More

First time staying in hotel in about 4 years. This so called Vegas style casino has a ways to go to live up to that. Nice room but no coffee maker, no water, 2 plastic cups, about 2 electric outlets in room, WiFi sucked to be kind. Also I understand about Covid but there is no place to get coffee unless you want to go to burger place where you get your choice of....one size coffee and .....that’s it. Slot selection is poor at best but table game selection is nice. Most retail outlets closed I guess due to no one willing to work. All in all even though i won about a grand not fun at all which seems to be the norm at Ceasars properties these days.
Just a bad resort, casino destination, at this time

Good location, but this Hotel has seen its better days. Food was good, service was abhorrent. Hotel room it self, ranks low in quality and zero modern up grades. We use the hotel and its restaurants as an entertainment destination when entertaining clients in Shreveport, otherwise, stay somewhere else unless you are patient. So, here we go, ac thermostat was worn and not readable, TV remote did not work. The hotel internet was 500 mb, which is slower than dial up, and they charged for it. No valet, ok I get it given the Covid situation, but there was also no one available to help with luggage from the parking garage to my hotel room. Could not get fresh towels as requested. No coffee pot in the room, and the only 24 hour restaurant didn't open until 7:30 am. The casino itself was not busy (middle of the week) but you couldn't get a beverage if you were dying of thirst no matter how long you gambled. Oh yea about the mandatory mask policy, if you smoked in the casino, you did not have to wear one, and as small as the casino crowd was, it was polluted with smoke. Back to the food, my breakfast was served on top of my paper receipt on my plate. Yes, the receipt was under my eggs and bacon, gross. They apologized but it killed my appetite. The did charge the resort fee for the closed pool.
