Rocco Whalen, executive chef and owner of the acclaimed Fahrenheit in Cleveland’s historic Tremont neighborhood, is wrapped up in the love of cooking. He savors the idea and vitality of inventing a meal and creating it from the freshest local ingredients, a skill that was instilled in him by his mother, Rosie, at a young age. This loving memory of cooking with his mother led to the creation of Rosie & Rocco’s —his homage to his beloved mother.
