Casino floor is BIG (for Chicago area) and spread out with lots of space. It's showing signs of wear and tear, a little dingy in some areas, but growing old gracefully and overall it's fairly clean and comfortable. Restrooms seem to receive proper frequent attention. Smoking and non-smoking areas are adjacent and not enclosed so there's little relief if you can't stand smoke. Maybe it's Covid, but there are no drink servers here, strictly get-your-own alcohol at the main bar or several smaller outposts (+ free attended pop, water, coffee stations), I don't drink so I can't comment on pricing. Main buffet is closed due to the times, but I ate there a couple years ago and it was pretty good tho not spectacular. Pizza, burger, gelato places on casino floor looked immaculate and inviting but I haven't tried any of them.I play slots. There are zillions of slots of all styles, many pretty new and many aisles of ancient well broken-in reel machines. I think I found a consistently generous one because in about a dozen visits I have won on that machine every single time - often matching my comped slot play! Left most times with $200+ without spending a dime of my own money. Many other machines are terrible or have very volatile hot/cold streaks. Comps were extremely good for awhile so I returned weekly or more for a couple months, otherwise a bit too far for me from NW Chgo subs and that $11.20 RT Skyway bridge toll is annoying as hell. Good luck!
