This casino is a BIG DISGRACE to the Caesar name. We arrived and had to have a bellhop take our things to the room, but when we checked out--there was no bellhop on duty (8 am-prime check out time) and we were not allowed to use the luggage carts. We are senior citizens and my husband hurt his back carrying our things to the car. The room was not cheap, but the sheets had holes, bed was LUMPY and the bathroom was so small only 1 person could get ready at a time. There was not a lot of people, but the ice machine was empty and we needed ice for the food in our cooler. Went to eat at the old buffet (not open any more) JPs I think, the table was sticky, my food was cold and had to physically flag down our waitress to get anyone to pay attention about the food. Gaming is the worst in the area. I played a slot and had 58 pulls before I got any kind of a hit--and it was only 5 credits, They do have a good selection of games, but I played a fair amount of money and did not get even play time. BILOXI is much better area for gaming and hotels. SHAME ON CAESAR FOR NOT TAKING CARE OF THIS CASINO. We will not stay again. Stayed once before, will will always give at least 2 or 3 chances--we are done with this one. Gold Strike will be our choice next trip. Our room was like a long hike from the casino and there was NOT EVEN COFFEE in the room, and too far to walk to get a cup of coffee. SO, No customer service, NO ice, NO decent food, NO coffee without a morning hike, NO gaming play, LUMPY and old bedding. Zero wining points for this CAESARS.
