First of all, let me admit that my rating is based primarily on poor customer service. The rooms were ok, the casino offered a lot of gaming choices and the payout overall was reasonable. Food choices were decent. The issue - our original room developed a leak (pouring rain and driving winds resulted in the window leaking) so they “moved” us to another room. They were sending a bellman and the keys to the new room “right up”. After 30 minutes or so, we called back to the desk and they said he’s coming up right now. 15 more minutes and I went to the front desk; the new packet of keys was still sitting on the counter and there were several bellman just standing around. I took the keys; no apology; and went up to move us myself. The keys to the new room didn’t work. I called back down and they sent someone up with more keys; they didn’t work at first but after several attempts they did. The clerk then tried the first set and now they were working. She got a little attitude when she left; saying “there, all FOUR (emphasizing 4) keys work. Whatever. After moving all our stuff to our new room, we went to the casino. When we came back up; the keys once again didn’t work at first. After multiple tries, we got in. I went to the front desk again to complain and they sent maintenance to our room; they found nothing wrong. But at least, the maintenance guys apologized for the inconvenience. The manager I spoke with basically said; we’re trying to get this resolved but no apology. So based on all this hassle, being lied to and not receiving an official apology, I give this place a rating of poor.
