I’ve been coming here for over twenty years and it has definitely decreased in quality of food and service. The food is so over priced and taste like it has been heated up from the day before. The gym is always out of service and they don’t try to make arrangements with other hotels. Casino employees in the total rewards section are a complete embarrassment. It takes way too much time to get funds or cash in your chips. Most time there is one person working.Recommend trying a different venue, Tunica is on downward spiral.

Great staff working in a very tired casino. Minimal food choices and practically NO SHOPPING. Caesars should be embarrassed to have this casino in their stable. No reason to go out of your way to visit Horseshoe Casino in Tunica. Basic hotel room are disgusting. I could extend my arms in hallway walking to room and touch both dides of wall. My room was old and depressing and had a "view" of a concrete wall. I asked to be moved to a room with a view and got another room with a brick wall view. This room was much nicer and earned a solid 3 stars. Note: there is NO housekeeping during any length for your stay; must call Front Desk for new towels, kleenex, etc. I'm sorry, I don't care what your reward program is - this is a hotel/casino that will make you change away from Caesar's!!! Oh, I was there first week of December, so I was not during a busy time. Think how bad your service will be during any busy period.

The "resort" seems to be on it's last legs. Very few folks in the Casino to subsidize anything. No buffet. $5 can of Bud. Gym is used for storage. Parking lot empty. I showed up after dark after a...More

The "resort" seems to be on it's last legs. Very few folks in the Casino to subsidize anything. No buffet. $5 can of Bud. Gym is used for storage. Parking lot empty. I showed up after dark after a long day on the motorcycle and went in to ask if they had a Veterans or AARP discount. Desk lady said I had to call a phone number to get a discount, she couldn't do it. I was on the phone for 30 minutes with a lady I could barely understand who kept asking my arrival time and I kept saying, "I am OUT FRONT waiting to check in!" All that for no discount. Veterans have to use the website (to prevent fraud, which I understand) and AARP rate was all sold out. All I wanted was a buffet and a gym to work it off...

I’ve never written a hotel review before but this place was SO bad I can’t help myself. We stopped here to stay the night before heading to Tennessee. I’ve never in my life stayed in a casino property that is so poorly taken care of. We had a room on the second floor. It was like a maze getting to the room, and the further in you get, the worse it gets. Everything smelled like cigarettes, including our non-smoking room. The paint and wallpaper is peeling in every hallway. The ceiling is peeling as well. On top of being outdated, our room was dark and dingy and literally covered in dust. The phone and night stand looks like it hasn’t been wiped or cleaned off in literally months and had thick layers of dust. Not surprising that we woke up congested. The beds didn’t have actual fitted sheets, just flat sheets kind of tucked in to the mattress. The bathroom has weird yellow lighting and is way too dark, probably to hide the filth, plus the ceiling is peeling away. No real shower curtain liner and the curtain itself is too short so water gets everywhere. I could go on and on! I’m shocked that Caesar’s even associates their name with this property. For $250 a night, I would at the very least expect a clean room. I would’ve been better off staying in a motel 6. I’m glad it was only a 1 night stay because I wouldn’t have lasted any longer. We could not get out of there faster the next morning! Never again!
