Check in was good. There are quicker options such as online or kiosk check in, but we chose to stand in line for a personal touch, and also to make sure we got an adjoining room. The woman who checked us in was quick, efficient, and so sweet and pleasant. I had never seen a front desk staff type as quickly as she did!Check out was incredibly easy and quick. There was a choice to do it on the cell phone, but we chose to do it on the TV, then receive a copy of the receipt on my email. So efficient!Staff was very courteous. We had a nicely renovated room in the Palace tower. Just some of the furniture was scuffed up and should eventually be replaced, but carpets, beds and bathroom looked very clean and new. My only suggestion is to post someone at the elevators to check room keys. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

My husband, his friend, and myself stayed at this hotel from Feb 2nd-6th. It was our first time ever staying here! It was Super Bowl weekend, as well, so we were expecting heavy crowds. We reserved a basic forum room. Our flight landed around 8:30am and we headed straight to the hotel knowing we wouldn’t be able to check in to the room just yet. When we got to the front desk we asked if they had any upgrades available and he was more than happy to see what he could do. He checked us in and told us he might be able to put us in a Octavia’s premium room. He took our phone number and personally called us around 11:30 advising our room was ready. We were not expecting that. We didn’t get the Octavius room but the Palace Premium room (I think this is just one tier Down) we didn’t mind at all very grateful! The only downside to this tower is it’s through the casino. However, if you are going for the pools it’s the tower literally right next to the entrance of the pools! We had a great view of them from our room. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom has a soaking tub, double sinks, and standing shower stall. This tower was just recently renovated I think a couple of years ago. It has a small sectional couch, work table and ample closet space. I will advise they are a green hotel. So upon check-in the ask if you want maid service everyday. If you opt out they put a $10 or $15 credit on your bill. However, we like our room cleaned so we didn’t realize that we opted out so we opted in and waived the credit. The hotel itself is very crowded due to the night club popularity and the sports book. However, I don’t really have anything to complain about at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly, no hidden fees or charges it was just very easy to deal with! It’s a good proximity to Harrahs and the Bellagio. Which was a plus! I would def stay here again!!

We chose Caesars Palace because that is where Celine Dion was performing and we wanted convenience, which it was. I was able to get early check-in and staff tried to get us a good room. I don’t know what the best view for our budget was, but we faced the strip and didn’t feel like we were in no man’s land. The hotel is centrally located to other hotels and just a few miles from Fremont Street. It is however, not a budget friendly place to stay. For a meal, we had to look elsewhere. We only ate a slice of pizza at the hotel and that was $10, so we didn’t even consider the buffet or one of the restaurants because we knew we would practically have to get a bank loan to eat. Our room was nice and quiet with a decent view, but the carpet was a bit old. We attempted to sit out near the pool (not to swim), and found limited seating. There was a lot of open space with room for chairs or benches so that people like me could just sit and enjoy without inhaling smoke or gambling. I realize that the hotel wants everyone sitting at those tables or machines but not everyone is interested in that and just need a space to sit without having to buy food or a drink. I was also not happy that the concierge staff sent us to the wrong place to catch an Uber. We bypassed a sign because we assumed the staff knew what they were talking about and was immediately refused by a driver because she had no idea where we were. No all was bad however, There was an amazing band performing at Cleopatra’s Barge on Friday and Saturday night. We were able to enjoy them briefly, not realizing that they would shut it down at midnight. We were only there about an hour and a half, but it was terrific. If you get a chance don’t miss them Overall, I would stay at Caesars Palace again if I ever went back to Las Vegas. The staff was nice and accommodating and the room decent. It just would have been nice to get an inexpensive meal and cop a squat to enjoy the view.

We stayed at Caesars Palace last weekend for an event. We enjoyed a very nice room with many amenities. They do have a wet bar that seemed to charge us even without using it...so do watch your charges. We loved our room. The dining options were not our favorites and when we did dine at the America Cafe our service was very poor and again items were added to our bill that we had not purchased. We tried to dine at the Steakhouse and we waited 20 minutes and were not waited on. We dined at the buffet and the food was delicious! We had no good luck in the casino. DESPITE these things...the locations was great. Our room was wonderful. Our experience at check in with Cynthia was wonderful. Our check out experience was also comfortable. The Starbuck’s staff were great. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
