Highlights of Jaburritos
Who would have guessed combining Mexican and Japanese cuisines would be so delicious? Well, we did and now we're bringing sushi burritos to the Las Vegas Strip. The Jaburritos menu features a dozen different chef-created sushi burritos, bowl, sides and drinks. Soon, Jaburritos will offer out-of-this-world desserts and liquor including our famous sake sangria. If you're wandering the Promenade, leaving a show or just craving a flavor combo unlike any other, find Jaburritos right next to AmeriCAN and Brooklyn Bowl. This is Jaburritos' second location and won't be the last.
Jaburritos Back Story
Ken Aoki was born in New York where he grew up in the restaurant industry. Ken’s parents owned a sushi restaurant in Manhattan where he first learned the industry. When Ken moved to Las Vegas, he worked for many different restaurants all over the Strip. Every job from the back of the house, busser and server. In October 2015 he opened his own restaurant which is now called Jaburritos.
