NEW ORLEANS - Harrah’s New Orleans unveils the latest development in the $325 million transformation to Caesars New Orleans with a new celebrity chef-driven Food Hall debuting in February 2023. The Food Hall will feature Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, PizzaCake by Buddy Valastro and Nina’s Creole Cottage by New Orleans’ own Nina Compton. This collection of quick-service dining concepts will allow guests to enjoy award-winning chef creations in an affordable and convenient way.

“One of the hallmarks of the Caesars brand is providing guests dining experiences from some of the most celebrated chefs in the world, and this is just the beginning of our culinary journey,” said Samir Mowad, General Manager of Harrah’s New Orleans. “We are thrilled to partner with these incredibly talented chefs and showcase what’s in store for locals and visitors alike as we evolve into Caesars New Orleans.”

Known for his hit television shows and restaurants around the world, Bobby Flay will open his sixth location of Bobby’s Burgers inside the new Food Hall. The menu will focus on original recipes and classic flavors like fries with signature sauces, spoon-bending milkshakes, as well as burgers with a twist.

Those looking for traditional burgers with unique flavors can enjoy the Crunchburger®, topped with cheese and crispy potato chips, or the Bobby Blue + Bacon Burger, topped with blue cheese, lettuce, tomato and bacon. Additional featured menu items include Bobby’s Veggie Burger, made with barbecue mushrooms, chickpeas, quinoa, lettuce, and tomato, and a fried chicken sandwich with aji amarillo mayo, slaw and pickles.

From New Jersey to New Orleans, Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro will offer sweet creations and New York-Style pizza with the opening of PizzaCake. Starting with his family business Carlo’s Bakery, Buddy carved out his slice of fame on the hit TLC series Cake Boss. PizzaCake will boost elements of street art and old-school photos, adorned with Buddy’s infamous personal style and flavors to match. Restaurant-goers can choose from traditional East Coast or Sicilian slices, as well as classic flavors and specialty pies, including The Boss Pizza (mozzarella cheese, two types of pepperoni, sausage, and smoked bacon), Chicken & Bacon Alfredo Pizza (white sauce, mozzarella cheese, crispy chicken, smoked bacon crumbles and alfredo sauce), or Veggie Pizza (seasonal vegetables, nut-free pesto, and grated parmesan cheese).

For dessert, PizzaCake will offer best-selling sweets from Carlo’s Bakery, such as cannoli filled with ricotta cheese, hints of cinnamon and chocolate chips, golden brown lobster tails stuffed with a rich and creamy filling, and signature rainbow cookies made of almond cake, sandwiched with raspberry-apricot jam and topped with dark chocolate.

“PizzaCake is the culmination of my love of all things sliced – pizza and cake,” says Buddy Valastro. “This is the pizza I grew up on the East Coast with some of my family’s favorite toppings. You can’t be at one of my places without getting great dessert, so we have a variety of Cake Boss favorites and some fun new sweets like our cookie cakes. PizzaCake is fuggediboutit good!”

Top Chef New Orleans fan favorite Nina Compton introduces her first quick service concept, Nina’s Creole Cottage, inspired by her love for Saint Lucian French Creole known in the Caribbean as Kwéyòl.

Born and raised in St. Lucia, Nina later fell in love with the Crescent City during BRAVO’s famous cooking competition. The James Beard award winner has since made New Orleans her home where she has opened her acclaimed restaurants Compère Lapin and Bywater American Bistro.

Nina’s Creole Cottage will offer bold flavor combinations that traverse St. Lucian savors with Louisiana Creole flavors. The menu will feature dishes like Fried Chicken and Plantain Waffles and Rice and Pea Croquettes that pair perfectly with Island Slaw. The venue itself couples the rich culinary heritage of New Orleans with those of her Caribbean roots, which will include a mural hand-painted by her sister Fiona Compton.

“I am thrilled for the opportunity to share Kwéyòl flavors in the city that elevated my love for cooking,” said Nina Compton. “To open my first quick service concept inside the soon-to-be Caesars New Orleans is an incredible opportunity and I can’t wait to bring a little bit of my heritage to our guests.”
