Caesars Entertainment Signs More Than $300 Million in Business for CAESARS FORUM, Seven Months Before Opening

Experienced Leadership Team for State-of-the-Art Facility Also Announced

LAS VEGAS - September 9, 2019 - Caesars Entertainment, one of the most diversified casino-entertainment companies in the world, announced today that more than $300 million in business has been secured for CAESARS FORUM , the new, 550,000-square-foot conference facility in Las Vegas. In the last 18 months, more than 125 contracts for meetings and events have been signed, with 75% of those contracts being new business. This monumental moment comes as Caesars Entertainment announces the leadership team who will oversee CAESARS FORUM operations when it opens in March 2020.

 Meetings and events industry leaders: Meeting Professionals International (MPI), Cvent, ConferenceDirect, and HelmsBriscoe have selected CAESARS FORUM for their annual meetings.

Caesars Entertainment announced Bill Dosch as Executive Director of Catering and Convention Services for CAESARS FORUM in May 2019. Dosch leads the operations team consisting of Director of Catering and Convention Services Vikki Kydd, Director of Catering and Convention Services Derrod McKinney, Assistant Director of Catering and Convention Services Jennifer Black, Senior Catering and Convention Services Manager Jamie Fox, and Director of Banquet Operations Matt Nitsche. 

CAESARS FORUM continues to meet its construction timeline for completion, with crews working 24 hours a day, six days a week. The $375 million conference center will carry a LEED silver certification and features the world's two largest pillarless ballrooms - each equivalent to one football field. CAESARS FORUM will be the first facility of this size built on one level and will feature Forum Plaza, the first 100,000 square-foot dedicated outdoor event space in Las Vegas.
