How do I opt in to receive push notifications?

For iOS

1. Go to your phone settings.

2. Tap on ‘Notifications’.

3. Select Caesars Rewards.

4. Tap ‘Allow Notifications’ and the button will switch to green.

5. Begin receiving mobile exclusive offers, local recommendations, VIP announcements, and more.

For Android

1. Go to your phone settings.

2. Tap on ‘Notifications’.

3. Select Caesars Rewards.

4. Tap ‘Show Notifications’ and the button will switch to blue.

5. Begin receiving mobile exclusive offers, local recommendations, VIP announcements, and more. 

How do I opt in to offers based on my location?

For iOS:

1.       Open ‘Settings’ on your iPhone.

2.       Scroll down and tap on ‘Caesars Rewards’ in the list of apps installed on the phone.

3.       Tap ‘Location’.

4.       Tap ‘Always’ and the button will switch to green.

For Android:

1.       Open ‘Settings’ on your Android device.

2.       Tap ‘Apps’ and then ‘Caesars Rewards’ in the list of apps installed on the phone.

3.       Select ‘Permissions’.

4.       Turn on ‘Location’ by toggling the button to the blue “On” position.

Can I sign up for a Caesars Rewards account in the Caesars Rewards Mobile app?

Yes, if you have never had a Caesars Rewards number at one of our properties you can sign up and receive a Caesars Rewards number via the mobile app. You must be 21 years of age or over. Missouri residents must apply in person. 

If you reside in the state of Missouri, you are prohibited from being able to sign up for a brand-new Caesars Rewards account number via the mobile app.

It is a regulatory requirement that you must visit a property in person and show valid ID at a Caesars Rewards Center. You will receive an in-app message that explains the next steps to you and how to get an account.
 

What are the steps to “Downloading” and “logging in with a Caesars Rewards number"?

1. Go to your Apple iPhone App Store or Google Play. (The app only works on Apple and Android Phones)

2. Search 'Caesars Rewards.'

3. Download the Caesars Rewards mobile app (You may be asked for your account password - this is related to your app store, not Caesars Rewards.)

4. Once the Caesars Rewards mobile app has downloaded onto your mobile device, open it.

5. Select 'Sign In Now' if you are already a Caesars Rewards member OR select 'Sign Up' to create your Caesars Rewards account.

6. Begin receiving offers, making reservations and more.
 

What login and password do I use to log into the Caesars Rewards Mobile App?

It is the same account credentials used to log into your computer at home at CaesarsRewards.com. If you have never logged in before, you need to activate an online account and set up a username and password before you can log into the Caesars Rewards mobile app. If you change the password at home or on the mobile phone, it changes it for both channels, online and mobile.

Can I use the Caesars Rewards Mobile App if I am not a Caesars Rewards member?

You can use the Caesars Rewards mobile app if you're not a member. The app can help you explore all Caesars Entertainment casinos and properties in the US and Canada. You can book a hotel room, find a restaurant, and purchase show tickets using the app.

If you log into the app as a Caesars Rewards member you can receive additional benefits. You will qualify for mobile only offers, receive early alerts and notifications, and be able to check your account balances and offers. If you're already a Caesars Rewards member, don't forget to log into your account. If you are not a member, sign up today using the Caesars Rewards mobile app.

 

My account balance in the Caesars Rewards Mobile App is not correct?

It can take up to 24 hours for Reward Credit (RC) transactions to update in our system. The RC balance shown in the app is the latest balance available in the system. 

Can I book a hotel room in the app? Will I get the same rate or better than if I called or did this online?

You can book any of our hotels in the Caesars Rewards mobile app. It uses the same booking engine as our website, so you are guaranteed the same great rates. You always get the best rate with booking direct with us.

How do I book a room through the caesars rewards mobile app?

  1. Tap on the ‘Stay’ button on the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Next choose a destination from the drop-down menu on the top left of the screen.
  3. Select a hotel.
  4. Tap on ‘MAKE A RESERVATION’ that appears on the bottom of the screen.
  5. From here there are 2 options to book:

   Tap on ‘EDIT’.

  1. Tap on ‘Check-In – Check-Out’. Select ‘FLEXIBLE DATES’ and pick a month.
  2. Tap ‘Room Options’ to choose the number of rooms and the number of people staying. Select ‘APPLY’.
  3. Enter any offer codes you may have in the ‘Discount Codes’ field.
  4. Tap ‘UPDATE’.
  5. Scroll till you see the calendar below of available dates.
  6. Select a check-in date and a check-out date. The 'Next' button that you see is to advance to the next month on the calendar.
  7. From there a 'SELECT A ROOM' button will appear, and you will proceed to the next page to book a room. Tap ‘BOOK NOW’ to select a room.
  8. Next, you can choose to upgrade your stay or tap on ‘CONTINUE TO PAYMENT’ to take you to the next step.
  9. Please fill out Guest Information, Billing Address, and Payment Information. Once the required information is filled out, tap ‘COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION’.

Tap on ‘EDIT’.

  2. Select a check-in date and a check-out date.
  3. Tap ‘Room Options’ to choose the number of rooms and the number of people staying. Select ‘APPLY’.

  5. Tap ‘UPDATE’.
  6. From there, different room options will appear, and you can book a room. Tap ‘BOOK NOW’ to select a room.
  7. Next, you can choose to upgrade your stay or tap on ‘CONTINUE TO PAYMENT’ to take you to the next step.
  8. Please fill out Guest Information, Billing Address, and Payment Information. Once the required information is filled out, tap ‘COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION’.

How do I delete offers on the Caesars Rewards Mobile App that I do not wish to use?

Deleting offers on the Caesars Rewards mobile app is easy on any device. There are two ways to delete offers: 

1. Swipe left on the offer you wish to delete and tap the trash can image. A message will appear confirming that you want to delete this offer.

2. Tap on the offer you wish to delete. This will take you to the offer’s detail page and then tap on the trash can image located on the top right corner of the screen. A message will appear confirming that you want to delete this offer. 

 

I often get logged out of the app and must log back in, how can I stay logged in?

We are optimizing this experience and working to provide a persistent login and the ability to log in without having to type your Caesars Rewards number and password every time. Please be patient as we are actively working on this and you will see this coming soon.

I am having trouble downloading the app. What reasons could cause this?

Make sure your phone is using the correct operating system. An iOS device must be using version 10.x or higher. If you are using an older iOS version, the app will not work.

Other pitfalls include:

You must have a full battery during the download. If your device has less than 10% battery available, the app may not be able to download.

You must also have good cellular reception or Wi-Fi connection. If you attempt to download an app with partial bars or poor reception it may not work well and could time out before the app finishes downloading.

 

How do I view my Reward Credits balance and Tier Score® online?

We appreciate your interest in your Caesars Rewards account. To view your Reward Credit balance or Tier Score®, simply login to your account on the Caesars Rewards website and click on "My Rewards". Additionally, you can view your balance through the Caesars Rewards mobile app.

If you haven't set up your online account yet, it only takes a moment. All you need is your Caesars Rewards account number, your date of birth, and zip code. Please click here to create your online account.

 

What do I do if my offers are not showing up?

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with the Caesars Rewards mobile app. Please ensure that you have the most current version by visiting the app store on your device and updating it. If you are using the most current version of the app, please try logging out and restarting your mobile device.

If your offers do not appear when you log in please uninstall and reinstall the app. This procedure will reset it, and your offers will now appear. If you are unable to resolve your issue, please contact us and we will provide assistance.

If you are unable to select a specific property this means there are currently no offers available at that property.
