CAESARS REWARDS GREAT GIFT WRAP UP® 2022

PROMOTIONAL RULES

Promotional period begins at 6:00 a.m. on Monday, December 13, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, December 19, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”). All times referred to throughout these rules are Pacific Time (“PT”) unless otherwise specified.  All references to the Caesars Rewards® Great Gift Wrap Up® 2022 shall be referred to as the “Promotion”) throughout these rules.  As used herein “Casino” means the participating properties (each a “Participating Property” and collectively “Participating Properties”), and all of their parents, affiliated, and subsidiary companies as follows:

GENERAL RULES:

1.    To be eligible to enter this Promotion, participants (“Participants”) must be:

a)      A Caesars Rewards® member Caesars Rewards (Membership is free, and Participants can join at any Caesars Rewards® Center, online at www.caesars.com/program, on any Caesars Rewards® branded online casino or sportsbook, or via the Play by Caesars Rewards® Mobile App);

b)      At least 21 years of age to participate, and participants (“Participants”) must provide valid proof of age acceptable to Casino; and

c)      A legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories) or Canada (excluding Quebec)

2.    Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.    The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:

a)      Employees of Casino or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies who are (i) director level or above or (ii) involved in coordinating or executing promotions on behalf of Casino;

b)      Employees of any advertising agency or marketing services firm that is providing any services to Casino in connection with the Promotion;

c)      The spouse, parent or child of an employee described in (a) or (b) above;

d)      Anyone sharing the same primary residence as an employee described in (a) or (b) above; or

e)      Individuals who are excluded from Casino facilities, including through a government program, at Casino’s discretion, or by their own request.

4.    This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, tribal and local laws and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.

5.    All entries are subject to review and verification.

6.    Participants must show their Caesars Rewards card and valid picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) in order to redeem their Gift Points for Prizes (as described below).  If selected Participant is not a U.S. citizen, a current passport or alien registration card is required.

7.      Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.

8.    Promotion times are approximate.  Casino reserves the right to change Promotion dates and/or times due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.

9.    All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, Participant eligibility, scheduling and staging of the Promotion, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Casino, whose decisions are final.

10.    Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to all applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any Participant’s Prize already awarded.  A copy of these Official Rules and any changes will be available at the Caesars Rewards Center throughout the duration of this Promotion.

11.    Casino may disqualify any Participant for any Gift Points accumulated or for any Prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.

12.    Casino is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion (including, but not limited to, erroneous calculation of Gift Points or communication regarding same).

13.    Casino is not responsible for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Casino, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

14.    If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

15.    Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Casino reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

16.    Gift Points and Prizes are non-transferable.

17.    Entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.

18.    Must be present to win for Las Vegas based redemptions.

19.    By entering the Promotion, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the Promotion and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from your failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of your representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of your name on Casino’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of your name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Casino, which are binding and final.

20.    By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to these Official Rules.

21.    Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply.

22.    Casino reserves the right to replace, withdraw, substitute or limit Prizes in this Promotion that have or have not been awarded as long as the value is substantially the same as the original Prize offered in the event that the original Prize becomes unavailable.  Gift Point prices for Prizes are subject to change without notice.  In no event will Casino be obligated to award more Prizes than the number of Prizes stated in these Official Rules.

23.    Except where prohibited by law, Participants agree to allow Casino the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent, where permitted.

24.    Where a situation arises which is not covered by these rules, Casino shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the best interests of the Promotion and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.

25.    Any personal information submitted in connection with the Promotion is governed by Casino’s privacy policy, located at http://www.caesars.com/privacy.

OFFER and EARNING:

26.    Throughout the Promotional Period, all eligible Participants that play at any of the Participating Properties, using their Caesars Rewards® card, can earn bonus Gift Points (“Gift Points”) in addition to their Caesars Reward® Credits (“Reward Credits”) and Tier Credits. Gift Points are accumulated based on the number of Reward Credits accumulated during the Promotional Period through tracked play “Tracked Play” (as defined below).

27.    Participants will earn approximately one (1) Gift Point for every one (1) Reward Credit accumulated during the Promotional Period.  For example:  If a Participant earns five (5) Reward Credits, they will earn five (5) Gift Points.

28.    Participating Properties may, at their sole discretion, have special promotional days where Participants can earn two (2) Gift Points for everyone (1) Reward Credit earned.  On any special promotional day Reward Credit multipliers will not be applied to Gift Points.  Gift Points will be accumulated based on Participant’s actual Reward Credits accumulated prior to the multiplier being added.

29.    All Caesars Rewards® members may earn Gift Points from Tracked Play at the following properties:

30.    Participants must be booked under offer in order to redeem gift points via shopping code or In-person event.

31.    Participants can redeem their Gift Points for consumer merchandise (“Gifts”) as well as Reel Rewards® and table gaming vouchers (“Casino Play”) (collectively, the “Prizes”) during the “Great Gift Wrap Up” shopping event(s) (the “Event(s)”) to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada in December, 2022 at the following location(s), subject to change or cancellation at any time:

TRACKED PLAY:

32.    Participant’s slot play, table game play and video poker play must be tracked in order to receive Gift Points (“Tracked Play”).  Gift Points for this Promotion cannot be accumulated through any other means.  Any Reward Credits received for any non-gaming purchases or for customer service issues will not be considered for Gift Points.

33.    Non-tracked play will not be considered for Gift Points.

34.    Participants playing slots must insert their Caesars Rewards® card into the slot machine in order to receive Tracked Play of accumulated Gift Points for the Promotion.  It is the Participant’s responsibility to make certain the card reader is operational when inserting his/her Caesars Rewards® card.  Caesars Rewards® cards must be used continuously during play to receive an accurate reading of Tracked Play.

35.    Participants playing table games must provide their Caesars Rewards® card to the dealer in order to receive Tracked Play of accumulated Gift Points for the Promotion.  Casino uses reasonable efforts to track a table game Participant’s average bet and length of play.  However, as a condition of receiving Gift Points for playing table games, Participants agree that such Gift Points are granted based on the personal observation of Casino’s employees, which is subject to error.  The determination of Casino shall be final with respect to any discrepancies regarding tracked table game play.

36.    Participants playing video poker must insert their Caesars Rewards card into the Video Poker machine in order to receive Tracked Play of accumulated Gift Points for the Promotion.  It is the Participant’s responsibility to make certain the card reader is operational when inserting his/her Caesars Rewards® card.  Caesars Rewards® cards must be used continuously during play to receive an accurate reading of Tracked Play.

37.    Gift Points obtained via Tracked Play will automatically become part of the Gift Point database.  Tracked Play Gift Points may not be accessed immediately due to the delay in data input or random system overload.

38.    All Gift Points accumulated during the Promotional Period are an estimate only and adjustments can occur due to adjusted ratings, misprints, misidentifications, etc.  Participants’ actual Gift Points accumulated will only be determined and provided to Participants during the Event(s).

39.    Participants playing slots must remove their Caesars Rewards® card from the slot machine they are playing before the end of the Promotional Period in order to receive the Gift Points accumulated through Tracked Play towards the Promotion.

40.    Participants playing table games must ask a Table Games Floor Supervisor in the section they are playing to have their rating closed before the end of the Promotional Period in order to receive the Gift Points accumulated through Tracked Play towards the Promotion.

41.    Participants playing video poker must remove their Caesars Rewards® card from the video poker machine they are playing before the end of the Promotional Period in order to receive the Gift Points accumulated through Tracked Play towards the Promotion.

42.    Any play not properly ended or closed before the end of the Promotional Period will not be considered for accumulation of Gift Points towards the Promotion.

BONUS GIFT POINTS:

43.    Unredeemed Gift Points expire at 11:59pm on Monday, December 19, 2022.

44.    Gift Points are a bonus provided IN ADDITION to Reward Credits already earned, and do not affect Reward Credit balance.  Gift Points have no cash value.

45.    Gift Points cannot be accumulated from Tier Credit Bonus, promotional Reward Credit multipliers or any other promotions.

46.    Gift Point balance may be checked by visiting www.greatgiftwrapup.com.  Participants may also check their e-mail account and mailbox periodically for Gift Point balance email notifications.  Questions regarding a Participant’s balance may be directed to the casino host at Participating Properties for more information.

47.    Accumulated Gift Points are exclusive to each individual Participant.  Caesars Rewards® members may transfer or combine Gift Points as long as both account holders are present at the Event(s) to complete the transfer/combining of Gift Points.  Participating Caesars Rewards members must present acceptable photo identification when transferring and redeeming the Gift Points.  Gift Point transfers are limited to a maximum of three transfers per Caesars Rewards® member and each such transfer must be made to a different Participant, each of which must be Caesars Rewards cardholders.  The transferring of Gift Points is exclusive to this Promotion only.

48.    All Gift Points for this Promotion are in electronic format.

HOW TO REDEEM GIFT POINTS:

50.    Gift Points may only be redeemed in person during the Event(s)

51.    Participants must attend the Event(s) in person to redeem Gift Points.

52.    Participants must be booked under reservation reference during Promotional Period in order to participate in this Promotion.  To make a reservation at one of the Participating Properties, please call 1-866-WRAPUP1.

53.    During the Event(s), Gift Points may be redeemed for various Prizes.

54.    Event(s) subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

DELIVERY OF GIFTS:

56.    When Gift Points are redeemed for Gifts during the Event(s), all Gifts will be shipped directly to the mailing address provided when the Gift Points were redeemed.

57.    International shipping of the Gifts is available to Canada only with no additional charges.  Some Gifts cannot ship internationally due to customs’ laws or unique product requirements.

58.    Every effort will be made for Gifts to be delivered by December 25, 2022; however, all Gift shipments are subject to weather-related delays, holiday mail volume, and events beyond Casino’s control and therefore Casino does not guaranty delivery before December 25, 2022.  Shipments to Canada, Gifts shipped directly from our manufacturing partners, and Gifts marked with extensive lead times may not arrive before December 25, 2022.

59.    When Gift Points are redeemed for Casino Play during the Promotion, Casino Play vouchers will be provided by the Great Gift Wrap Up cashier upon check-out.

Casino has put in place enhanced health and safety protocols to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to better protect our visitors, guests, and employees; however, Casino cannot guarantee that participants will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, visiting a Caesars-affiliated property could increase participants’ risk of contracting COVID-19. By participating in this promotion, each participant acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk that participant may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE RETAINED, including boxes, shipping label, and all internal materials, contents, and wrapping.  In order to process a claim with UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier these items are needed.  Failure to do so may result in non-replacement of item and will not receive any credit for current or future events.

• For a damaged shipment (e.g., physical damage or marring to box or item):  All external and concealed damage must be reported within three business days of receipt of item.  For white glove delivery items, all damage must be reported at the time of delivery, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY.  Contact customer service immediately.  Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-901-2316 to start the claim and initiate the replacement process.  Failure to report within this timeframe will result in non-replacement of item and will not receive any credit for current or future events.

• For a defective shipment (e.g., an electronic item does not turn on when plugged in):  All products are fully warranted by the manufacturers.  Defective merchandise will be handled in a manner consistent with the manufacturer’s policy.  Please contact Customer Service for assistance and direction on each manufacturer’s warranty process.  Included in your shipments materials will be your proof of purchase needed in order to initiate your warranty service.  Proof of purchase is available upon request, please contact Customer Service.

• For incorrect Gift:  Any incorrect Gift received must be reported to Customer Service within 3 days from when the gift was received.  Please contact Customer Service to initiate the inquiry.  Failure to report within this timeframe will result in non-replacement of item and will not receive any credit for current or future events.

• For lost shipment or missing Gift:  Any lost shipment or missing Gift must be reported to Customer Service within 30 days from date of sale.  Please contact Customer Service to initiate the inquiry.  Failure to report within this timeframe will result in non-replacement of item and will not receive any credit for current or future events.

Warranty:  All products have United States manufacturer’s warranties.  Some warranties are null and void for products shipped internationally.
