Caesars Rewards® Diamond Tier Match Offer Terms and Conditions
1. The Diamond Tier Match Offer (“Offer”) is available to new Caesars Rewards members who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Offer Period (defined below). Offer is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (www.CaesarsRewards.com/Rules), which are incorporated herein by this reference.
2. The “Offer Period” for this Offer is Thursday, February 1, 2024 through Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
3. As used herein, “Caesars” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and “Casino” means any Caesars Rewards casino in the United States and Canada participating (“Participating Properties”) in this Offer.
4. To be eligible for this Offer, participants (“Participants”) must be a newly verified Caesars Rewards member and be registered to receive marketing emails at a valid email address on record with Caesars Rewards.
5. Holders of any Gaming Control Commission key license are not eligible to participate.
6. Individuals who are prohibited from casino gaming or from entering a casino hotel by law or for any other reason, including, without limitation, participation in a self-exclusion program, are not eligible.
7. Employees of Caesars and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and any of their owned, operated or managed properties, including the Casinos (collectively, the “Caesars Parties”), and Immediate Family members of such employees are not eligible for the Offer, unless approved in advance by Caesars. Immediate Family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, brother, sister, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren and any relative or other person residing in the employee’s place of residence.
8. By accepting the Offer, Participants agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions contained herein.
9. This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the Offer are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, if required. Offer void where prohibited by law. Residents of certain states or other jurisdictions may be excluded from participation until the applicable Casino has received regulatory approval.
10. Participants must produce and display their Caesars Rewards Card and valid picture identification acceptable to Casino (such as driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) in order to be eligible for this Offer.
11. The Caesars Parties are not responsible for (a) injuries or losses arising or resulting from this Offer, (b) any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Offer, and (c) any equipment or software malfunctions.
12. Caesars may impose penalties upon any person who gives, makes, issues, authorizes or endorses any statement or action having, or designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interest of the Offer as determined by Caesars, acting in its sole and absolute discretion. This may include, without limitation, expulsion from any or all Casino properties and/or loss of the right to participate in this or any other promotion conducted by Caesars and/or the Casinos.
13. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Offer term and conditions, eligibility, scheduling and staging of the Offer, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Caesars, whose decisions are final.
14. A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be available at the Caesars Rewards Center at Participating Properties throughout the duration of this Offer.
15. Where a situation arises which is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Caesars or the applicable Casino shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the best interests of the Offer and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.
16. HOW TO REDEEM:
a. This Offer can be redeemed at any Caesars Rewards Center at a Participating Property.
b. Participants who present a valid player’s card from an eligible competitor’s loyalty program during the Offer Period will receive Diamond Tier status upgrade valid through Friday, January 31, 2025. Eligible competitor loyalty programs and tiers are listed at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
i. It may take up to thirty (30) business days for the Diamond Tier status upgrade to be processed.
c. Participant’s player’s card must be valid with a current expiration date and the name printed on the card must match Participant’s valid photo ID.
17. Additionally, Participants who receive a Diamond Tier status upgrade through this Offer can receive a special one (1) year extension of their Diamond Tier status through Wednesday, January 31, 2026 by earning the minimum number of Tier Credits during one of the time periods identified below. Tier Credits earned prior to the Start Date in the second column of the chart will not count towards the minimum Tier Credits required for a Diamond Tier status extension.

18. Tier Credits can be earned by using a Caesars Rewards® card when playing slots, video poker or table games. Tier Credits can also be earned for spending at qualified shops, restaurants and hotels. For more details about qualified Tier Credit earning, visit a Caesars Rewards Center or www.CaesarsRewards.com. It is the Participant’s responsibility to make certain their Tier Credit earnings are being tracked correctly. The determination of Caesars shall be final with respect to any discrepancies regarding tracked Tier Credit earnings.
19. New members upgraded to Diamond through this promotion must earn 100 Tier Credits to qualify for certain Diamond benefits.
20. Existing Caesars Rewards members will not be eligible for this offer.
21. Offer is non-transferrable.
22. Caesars may (a) terminate a Participant’s Caesars Rewards membership, (b) demote Participant’s account status and/or (c) terminate Participant’s existing Caesars Rewards benefits or Rewards Credits if such Participant misuses or abuses their Diamond Tier benefits or otherwise violates the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations.
23. Caesars reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval to the extent such is required.
24. In the event of a dispute for Harrah’s Rincon redemption, with the outcome of a promotion or contest participants may, within seven (7) days of the date of the written response from Casino Operations Manager (COM) or Assistant Casino Operations Manager (ACOM), to file the dispute in writing with the Rincon Gaming Commission for review.
25. Caesars has no affiliation or relationship with any competitor casinos or loyalty programs identified in connection with this Offer. All competitor casino and loyalty program names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

1. The Share the Rewards Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all Caesars Rewards members (“Participants”) who remain in good standing during the entire duration of the Promotion Period. Promotion is subject to the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations (www.CaesarsRewards.com/Rules), which are incorporated herein by this reference.
2. As used herein, “Caesars” means Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC, located at One Caesars Palace Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. “Casino” means any Caesars Rewards casino in the United States and Canada participating in this Promotion program.
3. The (“Promotion Period”) begins on Monday, January 1, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. PT through Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
4. To be eligible to receive this Promotion, Participants must:
a. Be a verified Caesars Rewards member (membership is free, and Participants can join at any Caesars Rewards Center, online at https://www.caesars.com/program/, or via the Caesars Rewards mobile app) with an online Caesars Rewards account, or have a verified Caesars Rewards Local account tied to a main Caesars Rewards account (learn more at www.caesars.com/myrewards/promotions/caesars-rewards-local);
b. A resident of the 50 United States, Canada (excluding Quebec) or the District of Columbia;
c. At least 21 years of age (19 years of age in Canada) with proof of age acceptable to Sponsor;
d. In possession of access to a computer or mobile device with internet access as of Monday, January 1, 2024; and
e. Have a valid email address on file and be registered to receive marketing communications by the 1st of each month.
5. Eligible Participants will receive a registration email on or about the first of each month from which they must click the “Register” button in order to be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
6. Alternatively, eligible Participants may go to www.caesars.com/share-the-rewards and log in using their Caesars Rewards account to participate in this Promotion.
7. Multiple Participants may not use the same email address or Caesars Rewards account in connection with this Promotion. In the event more than one (1) Participant provides the same email address when registering, only the first Participant to register will be eligible for this Promotion.
8. After a Participant has registered, they will be instructed to click the “Get Link” button to receive their unique referral link. Participants will send this link to a non-Caesars Rewards member to sign up for an account.
9. Non-Caesars Rewards guests will sign up for a Caesars Rewards account using the unique link received from the Participant. Non-Caesars Rewards guests may also sign up for an account in person at a Caesars Rewards Center, where they will need to show the unique link from the email to a Caesars Rewards Center representative.
10. After the new Caesars Rewards member has completed their account sign up, they will need to visit a Caesars Rewards Center in person to have their account validated by showing a valid photo ID.
11. Non-Caesars Rewards guest must not currently have or previously had a Caesars Rewards account.
12. The Participant and the new member(s) will each receive a five hundred (500) Tier Credits Bonus each, once the new members account has been verified.
13. Members who sign up online must subsequently present a valid identification at a Caesars Rewards Center in order to receive the full benefits of the Caesars Rewards program.
14. Five hundred (500) Tier Credits will be added to the Participant’s account and new members account within 45 days of validating new members account.
15. Participants may receive up to ten thousand (10,000) Tier Credits or refer up to twenty (20) guests during Promotion Period.
16. The state of Missouri does not allow for new Caesars Rewards accounts to be set up online. Residents of Missouri are encouraged to visit their local Caesars Rewards destination and sign up for their new account in person at the Caesars Rewards Center.
17. All credits received through this Promotion will be Tier Credits only.
18. Daily Tier Credit Bonuses do not count towards earning for this Promotion.
19. Tier Credit Bonuses earned pursuant to this Promotion do not count toward Reward Credit balance, promotional Tier Credit earnings or qualifying for a Daily Tier Credit Bonus.

23. Tier Credits can be earned by using a Caesars Rewards card when playing slots, video poker or table games. Tier Credits can also be earned for spending at qualified shops, restaurants and hotels. For more details about qualified Tier Credit earning, visit a Caesars Rewards Center or www.CaesarsRewards.com. It is the Participant’s responsibility to make certain their Tier Credit earnings are being tracked correctly. The determination of Caesars shall be final with respect to any discrepancies regarding tracked Tier Credit earnings.
24. Promotion is non-transferrable.
25. By accepting the Promotion, Participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein.
26. The Caesars Parties are not responsible for (a) injuries or losses arising or resulting from this Promotion, (b) any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion, and (c) any equipment or software malfunctions.
27. Caesars may impose penalties upon any person who gives, makes, issues, authorizes or endorses any statement or action having, or designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interest of the Promotion as determined by Caesars, acting in its sole and absolute discretion. This may include, without limitation, expulsion from any or all Casino properties and/or loss of the right to participate in this or any other promotion conducted by Caesars and/or the Casinos.
28. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Promotion term and conditions, eligibility, scheduling and staging of the Promotion, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Caesars, whose decisions are final.
29. Where a situation arises which is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Caesars or the applicable Casino shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the best interests of the Promotion and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.
30. Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC and/or any affiliated entity reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
31. Caesars Entertainment has put in place enhanced health and safety protocols to reduce the spread of COVID- and to better protect our visitors, guests, and employees; however, Caesars Palace cannot guarantee that participants will not become infected with COVID-19. 32. In the event of a dispute with the outcome of a promotion or contest participants may, within seven (7) days of the date of the written response from the Casino Operations Manager (COM) or Assistant Casino Operations Manager (ACOM), file the dispute in writing with the Rincon Tribal Gaming Commission for review.
NO PURCHASE OR PLAY NECESSARY TO ENTER. Promotion period (“Promotion Period”) begins on Monday, January 1, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PT. All times referred to in these Official Rules are Pacific Time (“PT”). General Rules:
1. To be eligible to enter this Promotion, participants (“Participants”) must be:

b. A resident of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec); and

3. 4. All entries are subject to review and verification.
5. Except where prohibited by law, Participants agree to allow Sponsor the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.
6. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.
7. Promotion times are approximate. Sponsor reserves the right to change Promotion times due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.
8. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Official Rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Sponsor whose decisions are final.
9. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any Participant’s prize already awarded. Notice of any such modification is sufficient if posted on the Caesars Rewards website located at https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/promotions/terms-and-conditions/2024-app-officialrules.
10. Sponsor may disqualify any Participant for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.
11. Sponsor is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
12. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
13. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
14. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
15. Prizes and entries are non-transferable.
16. Entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
17. Entries shall become the property of Sponsor, where applicable, and will not be returned.
18. Need not be present to win.
19. A copy of these Official Rules and any changes will be available on the Caesars Rewards page () throughout the duration of this Promotion.
20. The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:
a. Employees of Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies who are (i) director level or above or (ii) involved in coordinating or executing promotions on behalf of Sponsor;
b. Employees of any advertising agency or marketing services firm that is providing any services to Sponsor in connection with the Promotion;
c. The spouse, parent or child of an employee described in (a) or (b) above;
d. Anyone sharing the same primary residence as an employee described in (a) or (b) above; or
e. Individuals who are excluded from Sponsor facilities, including through a government program, at Sponsor’s discretion, or by their own request.
21. By entering the Promotion, each Participant agrees on behalf of Participant and his or her heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from Participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or Participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from Participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of Participant’s representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, condition, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of Participant’s name on Sponsor’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of Participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final.
22. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes that have or have not been awarded as long as the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered in the event that the original prize becomes unavailable. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.
23. Odds of winning dependent upon number of entries received.
24. Sponsor’s use of Participants’ personal information is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at http://caesarscorporate.com/privacy/.
Registration:
25. Promotion will consist of four (4) individual promotion periods (each a “Promotion Period”). See Rule #27 for list of Promotion Periods.
26. Preliminary Requirements. To enter the Promotion, Participants must first register through one (1) of two (2) ways, outlined below. Participants will only need to register one (1) time during each Promotion Period.
a. Registration through the Caesars Rewards mobile app. Eligible Participants who (a) have downloaded the Caesars Rewards mobile app (“App”) and (b) have logged in to the App with their Caesars Rewards account will be sent daily Offers (“Offers”) via the App to accept entry into this Promotion.
i. The App is available for download on smart phones and mobile devices on Google Play and the iTunes App store. Apple is not a sponsor nor is it affiliated with this Promotion. The App is free but subject to the listed terms and conditions described within the App. Use of the App requires a web-enabled device and therefore data rates may apply.
b. Online Registration. Eligible Participants may also go online www.caesars.com/Happy2024 to register by completing the fields in the online form.

28. Once registered, Participants can receive drawing entries (“Drawing Entries”) by one (1) of the methods outlined below:
a. Drawing Entries through the App. Participants will be sent a daily Offer via the App during each Promotion Period. Participant must click “Accept Offer” to receive one (1) Drawing Entry for that day.
b. Drawing Entries through Online Form. Participants can enter online by visiting http://www.caesars.com/Happy2024, and completing the required fields to receive one (1) Drawing Entry each day.
29. The maximum number of Drawing Entries a Participant can receive per Promotion Period is as follows, regardless of entry method:

30. All Drawing Entries are electronic.
31. Additionally, Participants who have downloaded the Caesars Rewards mobile app as a new user and have registered for this Promotion through a daily Offer will receive a one (1) time one hundred (100) Tier Credit Bonus.
32. Bonus Tier Credits for the new mobile app downloads will be applied to Participants account no later than Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
33. Entrants are not permitted to have multiple Caesars Rewards accounts. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Caesars Rewards accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's Drawing Entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
34. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
35. No late entries will be accepted.
Winner Selection and Prize:
36. Potential winning Drawing Entries will be selected by a random selection process (through reasonably secure means to be determined by Sponsor) from all eligible Drawing Entries.

38. Total number of winners for all Promotion Periods is one hundred (100). Total value of all prizes combined is one hundred thousand (100,000) Tier Credits.
39. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
40. Tier Credits will be posted to Participant’s account on or about Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
41. All Tier Credits awarded pursuant to this Promotion will be applied towards Participant’s 2024 Tier Status.
42. Only the Participant who submitted the winning entry will receive the prize. In case of a dispute over the identity of the individual who made a winning entry, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the potential winner in its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor may deem that an entry was made by the authorized account holder of the primary email address associated with the email account used to enter. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to the email account by the company or organization responsible for assigning such accounts.
43. Potential winner will be contacted via email, telephone, or any other available means by Sponsor. Invalid or incorrect contact Caesars Rewards account information (telephone number, email address or mailing address) will result in prize forfeiture.
44. Potential winner must reply within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. Notice to potential winner may include instructions on how to confirm eligibility, which may require potential winner to email or otherwise deliver to Sponsor potential winner’s full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and/or mailing address. Failure to reply or provide requested information within 48 hours will result in prize forfeiture.
45. Potential winners who are residents of Canada will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited (90 seconds), mathematical, skill-testing question. All answers to skill-testing questions are final. Should a potential Canadian winner incorrectly answer the skill-testing question, the potential winner will be disqualified.
46. Promotion winnings may be subject to reporting and withholding pursuant to federal IRS regulations, and participants are required to cooperate with Sponsor in completing necessary forms.
47. Potential winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release.
48. If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all prizes will be awarded on a first come - first serve basis until the advertised number of prizes available in each prize category are distributed. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded and any claims after that number of prizes is awarded will be void.
49. If a winner does not claim his or her prize in the allotted time, Sponsor will, time permitting, select a new potential winner. Only one (1) alternate winner will be selected, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
50. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Sponsor and its affiliated and parent company, advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this drawing based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. By participating in this Promotion, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agencies from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
51. Pursuant to these terms and conditions, any member of the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ loyalty program, Wyndham Rewards ("Wyndham Rewards"), who is in good standing and has achieved the Platinum, Diamond or Titanium Member Level by one of the qualifying earning methods described below ("Qualifying Earning Methods"), is eligible to receive the equivalent Tier status (“Equivalent Tier”) in the Caesars Rewards loyalty program (“Caesars Rewards”) as follow
· Wyndham Rewards Platinum members can receive a Caesars Rewards Platinum Tier status upgrade
· Wyndham Rewards Diamond and Titanium members can receive a Caesars Rewards Diamond Tier status upgrade
To apply for the upgrade described above (the “Status Match”), an eligible Wyndham Rewards member (an "Applicant") must visit https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/partners/wyndham_resorts and follow the instructions on that page. Upon verification by Wyndham Rewards, Inc. (“Wyndham”) that (1) Applicant's Wyndham Rewards account information is accurate, (2) Applicant has earned his/her Member Level through a Qualifying Earning Method (see below), and (3) Applicant’s account is in good standing, such Applicant will receive the applicable Equivalent Tier. Such Equivalent Tier will become effective upon such verification, and, unless extended in accordance with the Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations, will expire on January 31 of the calendar year following the year in which it was obtained. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC (“Caesars”) may adjust the February 1 – January 31 program year for Caesars Rewards at any time, in which case the Equivalent Tier’s expiration date may be updated accordingly.
Qualifying Earning Methods. An Applicant is eligible for an upgrade to the applicable Equivalent Tier only if the Applicant earned his/her Member Level in one of the following methods:
1. Stay activity in the Wyndham Rewards program, including stays at eligible Caesars Rewards locations;
2. Receiving a Gifted Level (as such term is defined in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions) pursuant to such Terms and Conditions , with the exception of Gifted Levels obtained via Wyndham Rewards- sponsored limited time promotional offers;
3. Employment with Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC or any of its affiliates;
4. In connection with ownership or management of a Wyndham Hotels & Resorts franchised or managed property; and
5. Other methods of earning a Member Level that Caesars and Wyndham may agree upon from time to time (see https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/partners/wyndham_resorts for details, if any).
For avoidance of doubt, if an Applicant received his/her Member Level from any tier matching program or limited time promotion offered by Wyndham Rewards, or via any other method not set forth above, the Applicant will not receive the Equivalent Tier.
In addition, Should Wyndham deem a Wyndham Rewards member's number invalid or otherwise determine that the applicable Wyndham Rewards account is not in good standing, the Applicant will not receive the Equivalent Tier.
Caesars Rewards members upgraded to Diamond from Wyndham must earn 100 Tier Credits to qualify for the Diamond Celebration Dinner.
Wyndham Rewards members must be or become Caesars Rewards members to apply for the Status Match. If an Applicant, through his/her participation in the Caesars Rewards program, has already earned a Tier status that is identical to the Equivalent Tier that Applicant would have been entitled to hereunder, Applicant’s request for a Status Match shall have no effect.
Status Match eligibility is not transferable and may not be substituted for or combined with any other offer. A Tier status earned pursuant to this Status Match cannot be transferred, purchased or sold. A member's Caesars Rewards Tier status and the benefits applicable to each Tier are subject to the full Caesars Rewards Rules and Regulations. A member's Wyndham Rewards Member Level status and the benefits applicable to each Member Level are subject to the full Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions.
This offer may be cancelled or modified at any time, without notice, and is void where prohibited.
