We booked this hotel as it looked great and is also in the Caesars Palace complex. This is the final leg of our trip around 3 parts of America and we came here as the pool looked great and would be a great place to get some sun and relax as well as a good hub for the area. The hotel isn’t cheap but we don’t mind paying top dollar for a great experience.Only on the first morning of our stay did we find when going out to the pool that it has been closed for the winter, despite the hotel being full and temperatures well above 20 degrees c.When querying this we were told it is closed but we could go to the pools at Planet Hollywood or the Paris Hotel. We looked at these and they are not a patch on the pool here.To be honest we just wanted to lounge on a sun bed rather than use the pool, and the hotel had some available sun beds, but positioned them in the shade. We saw some other guests had gone to an area where the beds were in the sun so we followed only to be moved away by security. We then went to the desk to speak to the manager to ask if they could position some beds in the sun only to be told no, when trying to reason with her all she kept saying was it isn’t possible. Common sense seems to have been replaced by process and procedure, and managers replaced by pre programmed robots.(apparently it’s our fault for not reading the small print...)This hotel seems the only one around who has closed the pool, in fact next door at the Bellagio the pool was open and full of people on sun beds, we had stayed at the Bellagio on our last visit but wanted to try somewhere different, we now wish we had returned there. So in summary if you want to come here and relax by the pool don’t as you will be disappointed. and trying to have a sensible discussion with a sensible solution is pointless, as a guest you feel like a cog in a corporate money making machine, I guess sitting by the pool means you won’t lose lots of money in the casino and that won’t be good for business....So as a result of poor service we will not be coming back here, and if you were thinking of having a relax by the pool on your stay I suggest you don’t either, shame really because our experience could have been so much better....

Although my room was not ready until 4:30pm, I have received a complementary Sake Suite upgrade featuring "humble" 1,000sqft corner residence. The room was quiet, which can be a major challenge in cities like Vegas. I wish my stay would have been longer to enjoy things like the living/dinning room, soaking bath tub with free salts and heated (yes, that's right!) Japanese toilet seats in both bathrooms. Linen was exceptional, although I like Waldorf's Percale linen a bit more. Thank you very much for making my business trip an exceptional experience. Will be back soon!

I had some issues with my initial booking which originally meant my first night would be in a standard room and my remaining nights would be in a suite. After multiple attempts to resolve it with online customer service leading up to my trip, i was consistently informed that it was not possible to switch my first night to the same suite as my remaining night, i essentially gave up and expected to have to adjust my day’s business meetings schedule to shift rooms mid day. During check-in I worked with Zoey. She was professional, courteous, and friendly. When she saw my reservation she instantly questioned why I had 2 separate bookings and why my first night was in a different room. I explained what had happened and that customer service continued to inform me a room change was not possible, Zoey immediately said to me that she would handle it. 5 minutes after some button mashing on the keyboard, she said she resolved the issue and that I would immediately stay in the same suite for my entire trip without the need to shift rooms. This was a complete reliefe as it also meant I could have all my meetings as planned rather than having to scramble. If you’re staying at Nobu Hotel, I would totally suggest asking for and working with Zoey.
