I booked this hotel some months earlier as the last stop on a long holiday on the west coast and must admit that having read some of the reviews on here was considering switching. Thank heavens I didn’t. From the moment we arrived everything was seamless and the rooms were of a very high standard. The check in is a bonus as it is away from the main Caesars desk and the staff on duty, Kennedy & Traci were very accommodating. Very helpful bell staff, particularly Christian, made this a fantastic stay. One constructive criticism would be that if an 11am checkout is enforced, showering facilities should be provided for those with a later flight. The acid test is whether we would stay again, and that is a resounding YES.

Everything about this is a total con!! It is one of the old towers within caesars palace which I thought would have at least been remodelled .... it has barely been given a redecoration..... from the teeny tiny reception area which can’t cope with the volume of guests.... (there isn’t even a chair to sit down on while you wait but they do however pump the tiny area full of some very strong perfume.... presumably to create some kind of ambience but it is overpowering and disgusting ) to the fact that the ‘views’ from almost all of the tower are terrible.... you overlook an ugly roof from both sides...... Although there is a terrace outside of each window... there aren’t any doors out to them so they are unusable.... this doesn’t make any sense and makes the rooms darker. The rooms, by a Las Vegas standard, are very small, nothing special AT ALL. Housekeeping during our stay was very inconsistent.... water one night and not the next etc..... the WiFi which is the only justification for their ridiculous resort fee, doesn’t work properly, it disconnects all the time or says it’s connected but doesn’t perform, they are very aware of this as when you call guest services it has its own selection from the menu!!! I was also very disappointed that the nobu tower didn’t have its own pool...on the contrary it’s walk through the casino in your swimwear to get to the regular caesars pool..... very strange. Basically, this is a very average hotel with very poor amenities using the name ‘Nobu’ to draw a high end reputation but it provides nothing of the sort. If you are considering it and want a nice hotel I would say you are MUCH better off being in the Augustus Tower, the Bellagio, the Wynn/ encore or the Venetian/ palazzo. Honestly this hotel is the worst ‘5 star’ hotel I have ever stayed at in Las Vegas....

The Nobu Hotel is an experience, not just a hotel. From the moment we checked in, the customer service was professional, 5 star, top notch. They upgraded our room and checked on us after getting settled in to make sure our every need or want was taken care of. The hotel is quiet and cleverly tucked inside Ceasars Palace. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend the Nobu Hotel experience.

So I booker in the hotel on a quick stop (2-nights visit to vegas), I usually stay in the Bellagio hotel but this time wanted to try a caesars palace hotel, so I booked here. Arrived, was not sure what’s the direction, the bell desk directed me to a very long line, after waiting for 20 minutes, I was told Nubo is not here go to the other side. I did, it was around 2, they got my information and finished my check-in (very helpful staff), then they told me I have to wait until 4 (the normal check in time). Had to go around, received a call around 3:30 telling me the room is ready. The rooms were great, modern and classy, lovely toilets and comfy bed. I entered the room around 5 and wanted to leave by 6:30 to catch a show that I booked, but unfortunately, had to wait until 6:20 to get my bag sent to my room! Got into the show 15 minutes late! The hotel is great but little details ruined my visit. Not staying here again, though I still have tomorrow to go.
