Accenture Security had the Penthouse Suite and all 5 attached bedrooms for 4 days (Dec 9-12) 2019. This is the second year in a row we reserved this suite for marketing activities and business meetings during the Gartner IAM Summit. I want to thank the Room Services folks, in particular Havtu, who went above and beyond his duties to ensure we had a successful series of events. Also, Mary who was our bartender on Tuesday night was fantastic. Finally, thank you to the housekeeping staff who were there at 7am each morning, ensuring that the suite was cleaned up and ready to go for daily meetings after events that happened in the living room the night before. The food was great as well. Thank you also to Heather Murray in Citywide Restaurant Group Sales, who made sure everything was coordinated...even though we approached her at the last possible minute! We look forward to doing this again next year! John Vergara, Accenture Marketing

Nobu hotel is located in the heart of the strip and its location is hard to beat.We will definitely stay at Nobu hotel again on our next Vegas visit.

(Note this is strictly a review of the motel... I mean hotel room)Underwhelming. It feels old and a bit dingy for a rated ...5 star? (No way this is a 5 star experience unless the scale has changed to 9 stars) Because of the layout of the room, it had the feel of a motel. The door in our unit opened directly into the sleeping area, no hallway transition or buffer of any type (just like a motel) The light colored bathroom floors were stained (eww) which made the chocolate colored tile walk in shower a bit of a Vegas gamble considering ...if the stains you can obviously see are not being attended to what about the darker surfaces where things aren’t as obvious. Rooms have no desk if you plan on doing any work. Dark wooden IKEA type furniture, couch and bathroom mirror were all well worn with scuffs and odd coloring wear and tear. The particular room I was assigned (7307) is surrounded by storage rooms, each night the hotel has decided to move carts of towels between the hours of 00:00 and 01:30.... sweet. If your not a Vegas out all night party animal this unit may not be for you. At the very least request NOT to be assigned rooms 7307 or 7306. I’m not sure if the ##06 and ##07 rooms on other floors have the same issues. Via text...the front desk (my personal concierge... their verbiage not mine) did contact me to ask about my accommodations. I did inform her about my room concerns. She apologized that there are no other rooms available .... and voila ...that was literally the end of communications. The location of this tower is the only reason to consider this room as it is a short walk to the main lobby area. If this was the best Nobu hotel had to offer it is NOT WORTH the price of admission. 3-3.5 stars accommodations. I would recommend the Octavious Tower at Caesars, The Venetian or The Four Seasons at Mandalay

Terrible experience. Last minute business trip. Tried to book on the Caesars website. Server down. Called Reservations - unable to book, server still down. Was told to call back in 1 hour if still unable. Asked about what if rate changes. Said to screen shot or print rate, they would honor. Called back. Still unable to book on website. They tried to charge a higher rate (+$70.00). I told them the whole story and I had printed out previous rate offed. Finally agreed to a rate (still higher than when server was down). Also needed a late check out. Reservationist said she would note it on the reservation. Get to Vegas, Tried to check in at Caesars desk. Was told my reservation was moved to Nobu, and I now have to walk over to Nobu hotel on the other side of property (dragging bags). Get to Nobu. Front desk person says no notation on reservation for requesting late check out. No can do. I ask if she could (by calling the desk) move reservation back to the Caesars and see what they could do. She refused to call Caesars front desk just to find out what they may be able to do. She said I have to walk back over to the Caesars check in, if I wanted to find out. Same building, long walk AGAIN. So no help. Tired from flying all day, I think I'll give Nobu a chance. Supposed Boutique asian decor. I ask for a high floor, view. No can do. No view in any Nobu room. Then says this room is really nice, with a rain shower, etc. Get to room, Not bad, but a cave. Also originally booked king bed. Got two queens. Next morning go for a shower, where's the rain shower? Where's the tub? I now find out I have a handicapped room. Shower is open with a hand held shower head. Plastic yellow curtain on spring rod. No ledge for water as it is a roll in shower for a wheelchair. Wait 10 minutes for hot water. Proceed to flood bathroom during shower. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is nice beds, soft towels. Stayed at Venetian next night for a lower rate! Venetian is beautiful. Staff helpful and friendly. Night and day difference from Caesar/Nobu experience.
