This is the third time I've stayed at Caesars. My prior stays were in Caesars proper, which was an ok experience. I have to say this will be my last however. I wanted to give Nobu a try because it seemed nicer, newer, quiet etc. On the 2nd day of our stay, I noticed shards of glass on our bathroom floor, pretty unnerving when you're stepping out of the shower, barefoot. I looked around and couldn't find anything broken. We went to the front desk to let the know. The woman working the front desk asked us if we broke anything... I was a bit peeved by this response as it was blaming us versus fixing the issue. She said she'd have the cleaners go back and vacuum and make sure. To be fair, I didn't notice the glass the night before when we returned from dinner after turn down service, but who should have to look for such things when they come back to their hotel room.We returned later that afternoon to our room, only to find more glass shards in the carpeted area and outside our door, then down the hallway. We returned to the front desk, with glass in hand and complained again. There was a different woman working the front desk who immediately moved our room for us. Once we moved rooms, we realized how dirty our first room was. The sink in the first room was badly stained as was the carpet and this new room was much nicer. This whole experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and realizing that my other stays at hotels on the Las Vegas strip have been way better. Even the Airbnbs I just stayed in for our trip to Utah were higher class, cleaner and a quarter of the price. Additionally, Caesars feels very overpriced. We dined twice in Caesars and only one hotel or block away you could get better food for HALF the price. I'll also add that we dined at Nobu restaurant for our anniversary and I felt like I was a car dealership. Every time I ordered something, I was being upsold on the next expensive item. It was a very uncomfortable meal and not an ideal way to celebrate an anniversary.I will not be returning for a 4th try.

I took my dear friend on her first trip to Vegas. It was also her birthday. I selected the Nobu because it was in Caesars, where I like to stay, and because of the reviews, which extolled the care the employees took of their guests. I read that it was a boutique experience, so having the choice of several hotels, most of which I’d stayed at before and liked, I chose Nobu. I chose poorly.Upon arriving mid-day, we were greeted by a frowning woman who said we couldn’t check in until 4. No big deal, happens all the time, but I found out later that there were rooms available, but on lower floors. I doubt anyone stays at Nobu for the views, and it would have been nice to have been given an option. When we finally got to our room after 4, we ended up in a broom closet of a room, with dingy carpet and drapes that wouldn’t close completely. The room faces East, and I woke up with the sun glaring into my eyes. It was almost impossible to reach the drapes, as they were behind a sofa which was too heavy to move. They used rods for closing, but those never work well. The shower has no door, only a long ramp leading to your doom, where you must adjust the water temp while under the water! The toilet has no water pressure, and must be flushed several times. The lock to the room was broken, and it took a couple calls to get someone to look at it. Finally, the entire floor I was on had a really unpleasant odor. Not sure what it was. The beds were very nice, though! So overall, a bad experience. I was disappointed at the service—the concierges were always grim, and never put in the effort to make us feel welcome. I had made sure to let our concierge know that it was my friend’s first visit AND her birthday, and she puts us in this dump of a room? I didn’t expect an upgrade, but I didn’t expect this either. I hear they are upgrading next year, but I am unlikely to give Nobu another chance.

Even though we were only here for one night, it was one of the best night we had in Vegas. Staff was polite, accommodating and helped us with our needs. The check-in receptionist Zoey, truly helped us out, was truly exceptional. Room came with great amenities, was very spacious, and having a pool table inside wasn't bad either! Plus, the place made it so convenient to do & see everything inside the Caesars Palace. Great restaurants to eat. Would very much like to come back and hopefully stay much longer. THANK YOU ZOEY!!!

Please avoid Nobu Caesar hotel in Las Vegas for unprofessional customer service and scam likely system! I posted one complaint review due to wrongly charge in April 13th,2019. My sister and I rented 2 room and it was her first time at Nobu hotel. She was accidentally checking items around the fridge but nothing was eaten or opened. I think this is the most common mistake that travelers can relate. Therefore the fridge sensor was messed up. We got charged $106 ($75 alone just to reset the sensor!). No one informed us at check in to avoid moving items in the fridge or else the charge will be this much $75 for deluxe room. I have spoken to the customer representative to explain what happened. He legitimately told me he will issue a refund which he did. I believed he did check with his supervisor before he issued the refund. So I have removed my complaint review post about 2 and half months later since they did the refund. As soon my post went off , Caesar hotel charge me again with the same amount in 2 and half months later! What a coincidence? I was disappointed and did not want to speak to them again. I made an dispute with the bank ( Caesar credit card) and they waited 3 and half months later to conclude there is nothing they can do about the dispute. The bank told me to contact Nobu Caesar hotel by myself. ( I will cancel the credit card you bet) .Customer service was horrible , she said she cannot dispute after 90 days and this case was too old ! she then transfers me to the supervisor. I just simply requested for a refund on the unauthorized charged and I wasn’t there at the moment. She said the team did check on the fridge sensor indicated that there were opened items so they charged me for the sensor reset as well. She was loudly said they have a right to charge me anytime for up to 2 years! She said the refund was just initial so the case remained open! Are you insane? It took the system about 2 and half months later to know? Don’t you guys reset and cleaned the room right after check out? Unless you guys didn’t ???? You guys did not take responsible for your words. Caesar Nobu is a big hotel and you guys disgust me out with your customer service . $107 is not much for me, the problem is I don’t want to pay on things I didn’t eat and open. Don’t you understand? I have been to Vegas various times with friends and family. I have never experienced this kind of customer service and rude personnel ever!!!! Just tell me you guys being stingy on $107 and cannot refund in April! Don’t charged my card without my permission in June and provide unprofessional problem solving skill in October!! I will never book at Caesar or anything related to it again and so my husband ’s family ,cousins and friends. Travelers please be aware of the system and the hotel clerks. Make sure you ask them about all the extra charges at check in when they forget to let you know. They are not as professional as they dressed up to be!

Checking in and out was great as we were able yo bypass the long lines at Casars main reception area. We'll definitely stay at Nobu the next time we're in Las Vegas.
