The Nobu is a hotel within a hotel located in Caesar's core just past Cleopatra's Barge. On the positive side it has its own check-in so one avoids the long lines at the main Caesar front desk. Unfortunately the check-in experience was one of the worst we have EVER experienced. We arrived as 3:55 PM just before the stated 4:00 PM check-in time, after spending the day outside, casually dressed (no shorts or sandals) but not slovenly. The concierge desk at ground level seemed irritated to have to show us how to use the elevator to the check-in level. Upon arriving at the check-in we were the only guests and the woman looked up at us with a sneer. First she admonished us for arriving 5 minutes early, then she said if we wanted the King room we reserved we would have to wait until 6:00 PM. Our other choice was to take a room with two queens. The check-in woman then got up to take us to the next elevator, but was further upset that it took us a moment to gather our luggage (never offered assistance). We then went to our room which was quite spacious and well appointed. Then after freshening up and putting on high end clothes/jewelry for the evening, suddenly the staff was very cordial and attentive. The location is great, right next to the Nobu restaurant which is fabulous. But the whole experience was all dampened initially by the check-in. I don't usually write negative comments without going through the hotel first. And after our stay I received an email from the hotel asking for comments which I gave and there was no response from their end, so I finally decided to write a review.

I have never experienced any check in service that can make comparisons with Nobu, Nobu is the best and Zoey is extremely nice and super patient about explaining everything. Definitely a 5 star...More

I booked a suite at the Nobu hotel in Ceasars palace for my wife’s birthday. The suite was very large approximately 800 square feet. It is furnished Japanese and furniture was in reasonable shape, though not comfortable. The bathroom has a toilet open to a large bathroom. It is awkwardly placed.I usually stayed in comped rooms at Ceasars or Planent Hollywood with views of the fountains on the strip. This luxury suite had a view of air conditioners, pipes, walls barely able to see the sky. It was the view I would expect if I was in prison. The view completely ruined the room. The pictures on the website do not show anything like the actual view..The hot water in the shower didn’t work the next morning and I had to take a bath in a tub. I asked the staff what time buffet opened and they told me 8am. It opened at 7:30. My wife called the concierge to ask about the pool status and was told call the front desk at Ceasars that Nobu doesn’t have a pool. My wife made extensive use of the Spa at Ceasars and was very pleased with the services. The room service has a very limited menu. We ordered cheese that was not on the menu, they have no cheese, and it took them 24 hours to get it.The room was very generous with walk in closet, a half bathroom plus the large full bathroom. The staff was not well trained with accurate information.I will never return to Ceasars again.
Nice location and treated wonderfully by staff

We were surprised to get an upgrade to the Nobu Hotel after we booked the standard Caesars room. The treatment was definitely VIP from arrival to check out. The room is comfortable but oddly laid out with a large space on one side and a coffee table too close to the bed that wasn't easily navigated. The bathroom was clean and modernly outfitted. I only complaint I has was we were relaxing in the room and a housekeeping staffer just barged in with little warning asking if we wanted turn down service. Super glad we were dressed...I guess maybe we weren't expected to be in the room during the evening on the Saturday night in Vegas.
Definately 5 star

We had a secure elevator that you need a room key to access, which I really liked. The staff was so helpful and kind. Best hotel ever, and I’m very picky. Highly recommend it!
