Terrible service! No room for us after a long time!

So offered us another room in caesar’s. We waited 20 min more because also this room is not ready! So the only thing we can say is: terrible service!

My husband and I were in Vegas celebrating our 10-year anniversary and we decided to splurge and select the Nobu Hotel because it boasted of luxury. It was anything BUT! The customer service was terrible, concierge unfriendly and did not follow through with our various requests despite their assurance they would. Room service food was overpriced and unsavory. There is a $75 restocking fee plus the cost of the item if you decide to partake in the room's refreshments. Non-smoking room reeked of pot and when we reached out to several management staff about our concerns, they did NOT respond. BUYER BEWARE--AVOID THIS HOTEL. IT IS A MISTAKE!

I travel to Vegas 5+ times a year and always stay at a Caesars property (wherever is offering me a free room). For this trip, I was traveling alone (without hubby or kids) to meet up with my parents. I initially had a free room booked at The Linq but I cancelled that reservation and decided to splurge and treat myself to the 5-star Nobu Hotel inside of Caesars Palace. In my years and years of staying at Caesar's properties, this has been my worst experience. I arrived around 1pm and was told that my room was not ready (understandable since check in is at 4pm) and there were 20 other parties also waiting for their rooms. I was them asked if I wanted to upgrade for $40 for a "strip view" room that would be available immediately. I agreed. First thoughts-- Room (8105) is smaller than the Augustus and Octavius rooms at Caesars. Design is minimalist and on the darker side. This is where things took a turn for the worst. My room had little pieces of trash in the corners of the room. This didn't bother me too much I just picked it up and threw it away. What was disgusting was the bathroom floor had makeup and hair all over it. Also, my shower had no shower door! I went down to complain and was told that they were completely sold out for the night but they would offer me a $50 dining credit for the inconvenience. They did not even tell me they would send housekeeping up right away! I’m not very good at complaining so I went back to my room and sulked for a bit. I went into my bathroom again and couldn’t take it. I took a photo of the floor and went back down to show the front desk person the photo and asked if housekeeping can come clean my bathroom immediately. She was also disgusted and apologized. She somehow found me a room when she previously said they were sold out! The new room (8022) was much cleaner and my shower had a shower door, yay. The floors felt uneven but I didn’t mind that. The new problem was that even though I paid for a strip view my new view was of nothing. I asked if I could get my $40 upgrade fee back but apparently my room was still on a higher floor (instead of 8th floor it was the 7th floor) so I was kindly told no. When I checked out I asked to speak with a manager. I wanted to give my feedback to management before posting my negative review to TripAdvisor. I was told they needed to research the incident with housekeeping and they would review my folio and contact me. I’ve heard nothing and it’s been over 2 days. I paid almost $300 for one night and wasted a few hours of my 24 hrs there dealing with these issues when I could have stayed at another Caesar's property for free. Would I stay here again? Not sure. It is very quiet and the beds are comfortable but the cleanliness and customer service was lacking. Might have just been an off day.
