Stayed two nights and had a very positive experience overall at the Nobu. The check-in was very fast, unlike the long lines at the Resort Hotel: we were through in no time. The location was quite convenient. Our room was nice and bed very comfortable, although the sectional couch in the room was a bit worn. The hotel itself is quiet, but offers you access to the Caesar Resort's amenities. The Hotel has an automated concierge that sends text messages prompting you to reply if you need anything (nice touch.)

Room was fine, bathroom was very spacious with nice decor. Located inside the middle of Caesars, which was a bit of a struggle to find (especially after a few Vegas cocktails). Our room windows faced onto a roof, with no view at all - not even towards the mountains which seemed a shame and made it feel a bit prison-like. We were quite near the lift and there seemed to be a relatively large gap under the door which meant we were woken up by other guests walking past.We received a voucher for a free drink in the Nobu bar - although never used it. Stayed at a few hotels in Vegas and I have to say, although there wasn't anything particularly room with the room, I wouldn't return as I think you can get more for your money elsewhere.
Worth another try

I recently stayed at Nobu Hotel at Caesar's Palace and gave them a 1 star review. Subsequently, the General Manager reached out to me to discuss my review. The rooms in this hotel are really nice. The bed is comfortable and i love the bathrooms! They have a private fitness center that is free and they offer complimentary bottled waters and coffee. My issue was with in-room dining and i have had the same problem a few times. The manager assured me she is working on this serious issue. I have booked another stay here in hopes of a better experience. I'm glad that she reached out and that we had the opportunity to discus the experience. I love the brand, and the Nobu Tower has the best location at Caesar's Palace. I am hoping that this time around Nobu wont disappoint and will exceed my expectations.

I treated my mom to a show and a couple of days in LV, and we stayed at the Nobu Hotel. We enjoyed our accommodations. Upon arrival at Caesars complex, we had to walk around a bit to find the Nobu desk. There are signs, but it's not a straightforward path from the complex entrance to the hotel desk because it's a busy CASINO where everything is along a winding path. Anyway, once we found it, things got so easy. The lobby desk is your first stop, and then you go up one floor to the check in desk. It's quiet and calm, and immediately, we felt removed from the hustle and bustle of the Caesars scene. Also it smelled so good! The check in process was smooth, thanks to Zoey. I asked for a room on a high floor (as recommended by previous reviews here), and she was eager to accommodate our request. She secured a room on the top floor and switched us to a room with two beds instead of a king bed, which I had reserved. She waived the charge on the change. She was extra helpful and enthusiastic, and we appreciated that because we aren't Vegas veterans. Although our room was on the top floor, the view wasn't great. We could see the Eiffel Tower and other high buildings, but we looked out over the roof of the Caesars' lobby, I think. We didn't mind the lack of a view anyway. The beds were FANTASTIC! My mom is a light and picky sleeper and she said it was the most comfortable bed she's slept in, and I would agree! The bathroom was huge and the shower was awesome - great water pressure (I LOVE THAT). It was an inclusive bathroom - toilet with the shower/sink/vanity. Robes were luxurious, towels were soft and thick, and it was great. The only problem we had was a very wonky internet connection. I signed on easily, but it soon slowed down and I couldn't upload email or websites. The next day, we couldn't get an internet connection at all. I called and found out that the room next to us had the same problem. The hotel sent an IT person, who came to our room to troubleshoot, but the issue may have been with the provider. In any case, Zoey was helpful and gave us a discounted final bill due to the internet issue. (I had to work a bit, so it was inconvenient for me.). The hotel has a fine-looking fitness room, which I didn't use, although I should have. Before we arrived, I did book a day bed at the Garden of the Gods Temple pool for one of our days. It was $100 for the day, and we could come and go as often as we wanted without losing the day bed. We could only hang out for an hour at a time as the sun was so strong and hot - I'm not complaining as the weather at home was cold and miserable. When I signed in for the day bed, there was a sign at the pool desk that said Cabanas and Day Beds starting at $250, so I'm glad I booked ahead. The Temple pool is nice and smaller than it looks on the pool map. We didn't eat at Nobu, unfortunately. My mom isn't adventurous with food, so I didn't try to make a reservation. It didn't look too busy, so I imagine we could have had a meal there if we wanted to at the last minute. We saw Celine Dion at the Colosseum at Caesars, and it was a five minute walk from the Nobu Hotel. The high end mall at Caesars is also very convenient to the hotel. All in all, a nice couple of days in a very comfortable and beautiful space that felt pleasantly removed from the chaos of Caesars even though it's right int he middle of everything!
