I've stayed in Nobu hotels all over the world, this isn't a Nobu hotel. It's an old casino hotel that Nobu has taken over. Don't expect any of the beautifully a-pointed rooms or styling of the usual Nobu. Cheap tacky carpets and Ikea furniture await you, no welcome tea, no tranquility. All of the expense, non of the luxury. Bitterly disappointing

We chose to stay here as a treat as we came to get married - wow this was certainly no treat. Having flown in from London we arrived only to be told our room was not ready and check in was 6pm (not 4pm as stated on our paperwork from British Airways) The staff clearly did not give a damn, attitude was awful and very patronising. We eventually got our room (we paid extra for a better high level room with a strip view) REALLY, what a total disappointment - the room was small, dark and no view. It was more like a premier inn than 5 star hotel. We had issues with the toilet twice and had maintenance come in to fix it both times and took an age. The features advertised 'oils' simply didnt exist and the tea we couldnt try on arrival as funny old thing the kettle was broken too - 2 phone calls and 90 mins later to get a replacement. The cleaning was very poor, this really shocked us - dirty cups/glasses sat for 3 days etc. My now husband paid for a room in caesars for me the night before our wedding so i had space to get ready for our special day, at $149 for a suite this was gorgeous and made me cry as it was just PERFECT - we have previously stayed at Mirage, Pallazzo and Caesars so this was such an expensive shock to us having the issues and attitude we experienced at the Nobu. I asked to speak with management but was refused this and simply given a business card with the standard email address for guest services - shocking once again. We had the perfect wedding day in vegas and honeymoon thereafter - every hotel treated us wonderfully and gave special treatment to mark our occasion but Nobu failed on every level!
