My wife and I just stayed here for two nights in Vegas to see Kiss and then Mariah Carey (weird combo, I know) Based on our experience, I'm surprised by all the good reviews on here. We would avoid staying here in the future. For the rate you pay, you do not get the boutique hotel-within-a-hotel service that they promise, the rooms are meh, the views are bad, they never answer the phone, and the overall experience was below what we've had at Mandalay Bay, Cosmopolitan, and the Wynn, for comparable rates. Stuff we'd read on Yelp turned out to be true. No one answered the phone for simple questions, the concierge seemed clueless. It just felt like a more budget hotel operation, not the sleek awesome facade they project. I think they're understaffed, and coasting on the Nobu name. Longer version. Pros: It was nice for the Mariah Carey show to be in the Nobu tower of Caesar's, since the show was at Caesar's. Cons: Multiple people kept telling us how you could order from Nobu in room dining all night. It's not really true. There's a limited menu you can do late night, and it took us a long time one night to figure out the discrepancy between the menu online and the one in the room. It started out as a quick question for room service, and turned into an hour long issue with Nobu in room dining, Caesar's in room dining, the concierge, and a manager. It was so weird and confusing! We weren't mad or anything, we just wanted to order a couple things, and no one could give us a straight answer about whether they were available. When we finally got Chinese food later (from a different place at Caesar's) they forgot the rice, went back to get it, said they wouldn't charge us for it, charged us anyway, charged the wrong price, and added a second $10 delivery fee. When I disputed it - we're only talking about $20 here - it became a weird unpleasant phone call with Nobu Hotel. And it's still unresolved. Basically, they were wrong, and wouldn't budge. Before booking, I researched reviews on Yelp and Trip Advisor. Yelp is more critical, whereas Trip Advisor seems to be universal praise. I'd heard that the views in the Nobu tower were bad, and that the service wasn't what they advertise. But some people said it was amazing, so it was hard to get a read on the place. I guess I'm kind of surprised that the haters turned out to be true. Don't believe any hype you hear about this place. The noise from some all-night club outside Caesar's was loud in our room too. But it's Vegas, so I expect that. This is the first time I've ever written a review on Trip Advisor. I felt compelled to write a review here and on Yelp for the same reason - we spent a fortune on two nights here, and the whole time it was one little problem after another, and we'd never experienced that in Vegas. Overall it's overpriced for what you get.

I loved this hotel, tucked inside Caesars Palace. Very comfortable and well-appointed rooms, great service, and right there on site with Nobu restaurant, some of the greatest shows (we saw Elton John!), and the Venus Pool (adults only) -- so fun. It was the perfect weekend and didn't want to leave.
Very nice and convenient option inside Caesars Palace. Comfy room but no desk for work unless you get a suite.

This is an independent hotel within Caesars but linked so you get all the same amenities of the resort. Being independent made the checkin and elevator wait times nonexistent. This was fantastic! I highly recommend this. The room was very comfy, decor asian modern, bed was very nice and the bathroom had a nice feature of a separate makeup area away from the sink so multiple people could be getting ready simultaneously. The one problem was that the room category I was in apparently does not have a desk/work area. There was a nice couch and a table but after sitting at it trying to do computer work for a couple hours, my back was killing me. Maybe that is the point- don't work, go to casino. But I had a lot to get done. The very friendly front desk staff said that the desks only come at the suite level rooms so if you are planning to spend a decent amount of time in the room working, you may want to spring for the higher level room. All in all, though, if i have to stay at Caesars, this will be my go-to place. Very convenient and super friendly staff.
