first of all we were told we would get a food credit for pool, never received. when we got to our room we had it cleaned, towels, cups toilet paper, the next day we went out and came back the room was not cleaned, and we had not clean towels, cups or toilet paper. we call down and was told due to covid 19 they will not clean our stock our stuff, so when we needed clean towels cups or toilet paper we had to call and request. today we were getting ready to leave, putting our suitcases together and making sure we had everything, there was a knock on the door, it was 630am and it was security. they said that someone complained on the noise, told them that we were packing to leave. i am 64 and my sister 60. never had we had security come to our door. They said they understand but please be quiet. You can a hardly get a server to come by slots few and inbetween. they offer a room rate then if you want a front view it is 18.00 extra a day, so we got a view of the roof

Booked last minute at this hotel and boy do I regret it. Arriving at the property, there were sanitizer stations which I greatly appreciated. However, everywhere you looked there people not wearing masks! The hotel staff weren’t enforcing it at all! Next to the sanitizer stations, there were supposed to be boxes for masks and they were always empty. So what happened to them if no one was wearing them?! Not two hours after being there, their was a lady being escorted out by security and was yelling profanities across the casino. Finally, check in time comes and I am told by security to wait. Then getting closer to the front desk, there was an Tall Asian man with flirting with one of the receptionist. I caught them both off guard as I stood in the middle of the lobby waiting for them to stop goofing off so I can check in. The man goes “alright check in over here” and points me towards a kiosk. I have to ask him twice “is this where I am checking in” because he was too busy walking away from me. I check in with the kiosk and I was not a fan of it. The kiosk is slow and glitchy. We finally get up to the room. First impression was okay. Having just arrived from the Cosmopolitan, I was expecting to receive some masks and a small bottle of sanitizer as a welcome gift. There was nothing in the room. The only “COVID” precaution taken was a half broken seal in entering the room. Room was lacking basically toiletries. Instead of a laundry bag, I got a giant trash bag. How tacky! The AC was probably one of the worst one I’ve seen in Vegas in a long time. The room was constantly at 74 degrees. Fast forward a terrible night (including having lunch at the cafe americano, which was disgusting and over priced and horrible service) we get to check out time. We wake up at 8:30 in the morning to housekeeping yelling across the hall. We asked for a late checkout and housekeeping still went into the room. First and last time staying at the Paris Las Vegas! Not to mention the disgusting (what I am assuming are locals) clientele that you guys are drawing in with your dirt cheap rates. I get it guys, heads in beds, but is it really worth having your resort turn into dump?

I stayed at the 'Paris Las Vegas (Caesers) Hotel & Casino' for a business conference/show that was hosted at the 'Mandalay Bay Convention Center' Las Vegas. It was years ago, but I still wanted to post a quick thank you note. I could have spent my entire trip just in this one hotel and still not ran out of fun things to do/see/great food to enjoy. I dined with co-workers and solo at a few different places - the list goes on and on and I really enjoyed the fantastic 'frites' at 'Mon Ami Gabi's' in this hotel. My room was spectacular/luxurious - I could have stayed in the room the entire time and had been perfectly happy. The experience was a 'feast for the eyes' to say the very least, 'Las Vegas' and this beautiful hotel.Having listened to the usual hype and stories about Las Vegas, mixed reviews, personal ideals, it was nice to see it wasn't like I was expecting or had heard about, it was even better than I could have imagined.Thank you 'TripAdvisor' and 'Paris Las Vegas (Caesers) Hotel & Casino'.*I don't remember the exact date of my visit.

Decent price, easy early-check-in.
