No " hello, Welcome to the Paris.Only barking orders..Go over there! To a self checkin machine.I asked, Can I checkin with a live person. And the lady was defensive. "Why is there a problem?" Was her response.
Nice image, terrible service.

Staff were rude at least 50% of the time and the intent to dismiss or avoid concerns was overwhelmingly evident. The internet did not work and after repeated assertions that someone would come to address the issue, no one ever did. So, not only did the service fail to work, the staff strung me along, told me to "be in the room" when staff arrived, and three times I waited 1-2 hours in my room with no one showing up, no call. When I called, I had to start over each time. In then end, I HAD to have internet for work purposes, so I went to the McDonalds a mile or so away.

This was a first time trip for myself and teen daughter, my wife had been to Las Vegas over 20 yrs ago, but it wasn't the same city when she was first there. The hotel was nice, but a little wear and tear was showing up in the rooms. We did have to switch rooms because our friends that we were traveling with room was broke into and several things were stolen. There must have been several break ins, because after that security was on high alert and wouldn't let you into the elevator areas unless you had a key card. We moved 2 floors down and got a view in front with the tower and pool. I do have to say that we went during the COVID pandemic, so not much was opened. No Shows and many restaurants were not opened at that point. Would we stay again at the Paris, maybe. If your looking for a good hotel in the meddle of the strip then Paris is a good choice.

Just returned today from a 4 night stay at the Paris Hotel in las Vegas in a Burgandy King room with Eiffel Tower view. Upon check in was advised that my room was cancelled accidently, but the clerk fixed right away, reinstated my reservation at the same cost and gave me a room very close to the elevator which is what I requested.Sun thru Thursday stay so got the football semi rowdy crowds but nothing over the top.On entering my room, it was very clean, no dust, sheets smelled fresh and the bathroom was spotless. Huge Bath Towels btw.Food was extremely expensive, but that was expected.Casino was the perfect size, not too small, not too large with wide variety of games.Only negative about the visit was the staff that worked at the Perfume shop...one of the ladies would not listen to my "no thank you" even though I said it 4 times, then she actuially grabbed at me, very agressive, I started avoiding that section. Don't understand all the reviews about front desk not being friendly, the 3 times I visited there, they were very accomodating. Check out was a breeze and a covered interior waiting room for Uber pickup was safe and off the street. I really look forward to my next stay there.

I was excited about getting those now familiar offers of very low fees for a room. I booked my room at Paris Las Vegas. $55 for Monday and $60 for Tuesday, great deal for 2 nights for a total of $115. What comes to an unpleasant surprise is that when you check out, your bill is DOUBLE, well, almost, my total was $214.29. I wish the Las Vegas hotels would advertise their deals with all included fees per night, that way, it would be easier to manage the experience from a financial point of view. Maybe they (the hotels) could try it a couple of times: Your room will cost you $150 per night, including taxes, resort fees, hot water fees, AC fees, elevator use fees, parking fees, soap and shampoo fees, towel fees (not if you bring your own), cleaning fees, etc. You get the idea. I wish. Thank you. Antonio Castillo de la Gala
