I was sadly disappointed with my recent stay at Paris hotel. It was my first time staying here but have been into restaurants and gambled here on several occasions. I know that they have been doing renovations on rooms so I was a little surprised to walk into a room that was most definitely not updated. Everything was old and looked used which isn’t really a bad thing however there was an obvious patch of carpenter that had been cut out and replaced in a section of the carpet. The worst part was the smell. When I first got to the room it smelled really strong of cleaning supplies again overpowering but not necessarily a bad thing. However I left for the day for my conference and got. A k to my room that night not till 11ish and walked in to a strong smell of barf. Not sure what it was I checked the room and didn’t see anything so I sprayed some perfume and it got better... the next day I left for the day and came back to change for my night events and the smell was back i was in a hurry so i changed and as i was leaving i turned on the entry light and low and behold i saw this! Clearly a big spit where someone must have puked and they sprinkled stuff on it and tried to clean it but now I know exactly what the smell was 🤢 I mentioned it to the front desk lady and she apologized and said they were renovating rooms and that was about it. I’m bummed they didn’t offer to move me or comp the room bc this is just gross.
Nice but don't plan on sleeping till after 4am

Stayed in room 1909. The view of the Eiffel Tower and water falls were spectacular. The room was just renovated and beds extremely comfortable if you can sleep. What we didn't know until we checked in was that construction was happening on floors above and below ours from 10-4pm each day. Not really much of a problem since we were gone most of the day and evening. The problem came on Friday night when the nightclub in the Eiffel Tower was open. It's an open area with no windows or walls and the music and DJ's voice radiates against and through the rooms on that side. We called down to the front desk to ask when the club closed at 1:00am and we told not to 4:00am. By 3:30 we had enough and went down to complain about the noise and were offered ear plugs. They commented that it's even worse in the summer. What?? I sleep with a pretty loud sound machine and couldn't drown the sound out. It was the constant thumping of the base the just wouldn't stop and no ear plugs could fix. The only thing they would do was offer us a later check out. Nice??? Well not exactly, the construction started in the morning again at 10am so once again no sleep. Very disappointed in their lack of care for their patrons. I do NOT recommend staying in the hotel if you want to sleep or go to bed before 4:am on a Thursday- Saturday. They don't care that you can't sleep in the nice comfy bed they provide to you. Never have I had such an experience and hope no one else has to live that nightmare.

Our room was cozy as usual. We love how quite it is at the Paris. The winnings were great this trip as well as the drinks in the Diamond Lounge. If you go to the Diamond Lounge Joaquin is the most awesome cocktail server they have.Coffee makers have been removed from the rooms and there is no Starbucks at the Paris. Closest Starbucks is at Planet Hollywood. NOTE: There is a Coffee stand by the conseirge but not sure of the name.

Was really looking forward to some relaxing quiet time. They forgot to tell us that there is on going renovations. Did not get king that was on reservation. Upgrade to 17th floor 2 queen. Not...More

Was really looking forward to some relaxing quiet time. They forgot to tell us that there is on going renovations. Did not get king that was on reservation. Upgrade to 17th floor 2 queen. Not sure what he upgrade was?? View not so good. Got moved to 24th floor - still 2 queen, great view but the 6 am wake up call with power tools was unexpected. Goes on all day - much worse during the day but don’t plan on quiet time or resting during the day to go to late night shows! 3rd room change to 19th floor was same 2 queen beds and noise level was lessened but ridiculous. Also, our friend got a notice that water will be off for a time tomorrow during the day. Restaurants and ambiance on the casino level nice but don’t plan on spending time in room.
