We are staying at this hotel for my wife’s 50th birthday. So we hoped it would be special.....but.....after 2 nights we noticed our mobile phones could not access the wifi anymore. After checking with reception we were told something went wrong in their system. So issue solved?!? Not really. From reception we went directly to “Mon Ami Gaby” restaurant in the hotel to have breakfast, like we do every day. When we wanted to pay, we were refused to put the bill on our room. Altough we had done twice before for breakfast and once for a diner. So back to reception. We were told that my credit card was refused and we could not spend any money anymore. So back to our room to call my bank. My bank told me there was no issue at all with that card and there was even 15.000$ available to spend until the end of the month. (5 days). My other credit card has no limit so whats the issue ?!! So back to reception. There we were told that actually the hotel didn’t like our “overspending” ( in total only +/- 350$ on breakfast, a diner and some pool drinks) and they refused any other bill put on our room. So pay all extras cash from now one or get lost !! Tomorrow June 26 is my wife 50th Birthday !! But I can tell you : we will spend our money somewhere else!!! And I will never ever stay in a Ceasar’s hotel again !! Two years ago we stayed at the Mandarin Oriental and the Encore. We felt like royalty and spend like hell. At the Paris they make us feel like unreliable and without credit. Also : one of our friends living in London -UK wanted to arrange flowers and champagne put on our room at arrival for my wifes birthday. She got the answer : not possible !!

This is a first class hotel in every way, but one. My friend left her White windbreaker jacket in the room when we checked out. On the way to the airport she discovered her mistake. There was no time to return to the hotel top retrieve the jacket. We called the hotel and was connected to lost and found. Left a message concerning the left behind jacket. Our call was promptly returned saying that they has recovered the jacket and that it could be mailed to us. here's the bad part. They charged us $25.25 to mail the jacket Priority Mail postage. It could have been mailed First Class or gratis as a hotel courtesy.

Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We, however, did not know and were not warned that the nightclub played music until 2 or 4 am LOUD!!! We were on the 20th floor and could hear it clearly. I can sleep through a lot, but that was too much. I wish I would've known to ask for a room in the back. The $42 resort fee does not include any parking...ridiculous! Let people self-park, seems so greedy. We did not know until we heard someone ask during check out that we could've used other Caesars resort pools. That would seem like a perk you'd want to share . Also, the pool closes at 7 pm!!! The maid service was always prompt and did a good job. The lobby has no place for people under gambling age to sit. We had to use Cafe Belle when visiting with friends. I did feel pretty safe while at the property.

Booked in advance so we had a choice of the type of room. On the 18th floor at the far end of the corridor, so no noise from corridor traffic - perfect! The room had evrything we wanted but they have dispensed with the coffee machines in rooms, which is a shame as a coffee on getting up was always welcome. The hotel has a self check-in and also staff to check you in. We now tend to use self check-in as it is so easy and quick. There is always someone on hand to help if needed. There is a Hertz car hire desk whereby your car can be collected from the car park, just like that! The hotel provides plenty of restaurants' of different food types and budgets to suit. The swimming pool and area is great - providing you can stand the heat to sit around! As expected plenty of machine and card tables for you to while away your dollars! In addition there are several machines to cash in and cash out if needed.Always a pleasure to stay here and will return when next visiting
