It started on the day of check in when I called to ask for some sparkling wine and fruit to be in the room waiting on our arrival as this was a surprise trip for our 10th anniversary. I was told that there was no way to do this as room service had not yet re-opened post covid. Disappointing, but not a huge deal.We arrived at 1am, a full 9 hours after the 4pm check in time to have the check in kiosk say our room was not yet ready. So we had to stand in line for over 30 minutes to have an agent tell us there was not really an issue, but immediately assign us a room. The gentleman who checked us in was fairly nice, but after a long trip, the last thing I wanted to do was wait in a long line to have to speak with a desk agent. On the second night of our stay, the fire alarm went off at 1:30 am for about 5 minutes. During the alarm, the canned recording clearly says that after the source of the alarm is investigated, further information will be provided. However, this proved not to be the case. Some minutes after the alarm shut off, I had to contact the front desk (Two voice mail menus and a hold to do that) to be told by a front desk agent that if no information was provided, there was no problem. What world do these people live in that they think that this is ok? For all I know the front desk is in flames and the cannot convey any information.Again at 3:40 am the alarm went off, this time the front desk agent was beyond uncaring - but actually very rude. We spoke with the overnight manager who belittled and literally laughed at our concern. When the alarm went off a third time at 4 am, we didn't even bother. Our expectations were simple, to be provided an all-clear after an alarm, instead we got ridicule from the staff.
Horrible - don’t do it

Our room was horrible. I accidentally booked a smoking room which was my own fault but there were cigarette burns in the carpets, the lamp shades were yellowing and crooked, the room was outdated - especially the bathroom! The bathroom was grimy and dirty. Find a newer or updated hotel instead, this place was disgusting.

The rooms are well designed, modern, and comfortable. The showers are great! Marble bathrooms, plenty of towels and pillows, and checking out on your TV is effortless! Love Paris Las Vegas!!!

Overall our we had a great stay. When we checked in the lady that greeted us was very nice and helpful. We we got to our room however there was food still in the refrigerator and I was having to ask constantly for more than 2 towel even though I repeatedly told the staff we had 3 adults in the room. The only other thing that was a negative was that the women's bathrooms in the casino were dirty with towels on the floor at times & half of the soap dispensers did not work or have soap in them. The bellhop staff was extremely helpful when we ended up needing a scooter and wheelchair for our grandmother who hurt at another hotel.
Well-worn, self-service value party place

Was excited to celebrate a friend's birthday here and we had a good time but the experience and conditions were disappointing. Signed up for 'express check in' but had to wait in the same line as everyone else - to use a kiosk. When our room wasn't ready yet, a real person did help us check in, and our room was correct - a king with a view of the tower. Just don't look too closely at the bathroom shower (corroded). No mini bar, water or coffee service, and room service is only available through an app that has pre-selected bundles from different restaurants on site. Unfortunately if you want coffee, pastries and fruit, you need to submit two separate orders to two different places and pay two separate delivery charges. I decided to go downstairs and wait in line for food myself. After returning to room after an evening out, there was a loud party going on next door. Called front desk and they said they'd send security. Not sure if anything happened, but party went on until 4am. When I called to talk to someone about adjusting charges to our room, was told I needed to talk to front desk manager, but the line at the front desk always seemed to be very long - not worth it. Bottom line - this hotel is well-situated and has clean sheets. Good mid-tier pick if you're looking for a central place on the strip to party.
