The room we book which was a petite suite was not as described on their website. Their guest service/front desk were rude since we arrived. No customer service at all, did not feel the welcome feeling, more like if we were bothering with questions. We addressed an issue with the tub and at no point tried to resolved it. We had to keep on calling for someone to come and clean the tub and due to that waiting while “WE” tried to resolve on our own, we lost our dinner reservation. We did not leave the hotel only because it was late to try to find another one. Never again coming to this hotel!!! Tiffany from guest services meds customer service skills!! She was awful !!
Yikes!

I have stayed here many times. It is disheartening to see the way the hospitality has eroded. The litany of new charges is a huge turn off. I was getting used to the rip-off "resort fee" ($41/day) for wifi and the gym. Now there is a fee for valet parking. Check-in is via a kiosk (featuring clumsy software) and the fee for early check in is $28.50.Icing on the cake was $20/glass for mediocre Chardonay at Le Central bar.I will be moving up the Strip a bit for my June trip. Roll in the junk fees and the Wynn was cheaper, way nicer and the bar prices are better.

Lamp shade broken. Lobby is nice but that's all this hotel's has to offer. Rooms were poorly kept and very outdated. Way too many other nice hotels to pay this price for a run down outdated room with rude staff. Never again. We checked out early.
Limited hours and dirty

We went there for my daughters 18th birthday so I booked a room with a view. When we got to the hotel they had given our room to someone else and we got a crappy room with no view. Vegas was full of ghetto people and dope heads. We literally watched people Shu I g drugs into another persons mouth. They’ve lowered the prices so much that people who typically wouldn’t be able to afford certain hotels are now there and ruining the experience of staying somewhere upscale. I won’t be back anytime soon. Plus the hotel is ridiculously overpriced on things. $9 for a bag of chips and $7 for a water bottle.
