Stayed here 6 nights: self parking garage was dirty, hallway from garage to hotel lobby was dirty and ugly. Now to check-in: line so long it went from check-in area out to the casino. Check-in by machine...very few helpers and the one I spoke clearly didn’t care about me or my question. Finally got my keys...hallway to room (very end of the floor) smelled like weed most nights. There is no security to catch an elevator...they had security 18 months ago...what happened to that? Cheap pillows, worn carpeting in my room, nothing special and yet this was advertised as a newly-decorated room. LONG, slow, painful lines for coffee every morning...where is the manager of this place who allows this every morning? Resort fee of $40 per night but if you hook up more than 2 devices to WiFi it’s $15 per device...talk about a rip-off but clearly they don’t care. I can go on and on. Their business model was easy to see: we care about US, we don’t care about YOU, and if you don’t like it don’t stay here...and I won’t! Paris does have a great location and the pizza by the slice was darn good too. Hint: buy beer at the CVS and put it in your room refrigerator...you’ll save a lot of money!

I have stayed at Paris before, but never again. The parking was unbelievable, we drove around for at least 1/2 hour and we had reservations in the hotel. Then we had to drag our suitcases probably a couple of blocks to the elevator. Cocktails were overpriced, our parking was supposed to be paid when we used our room key to leave. It did not work and we held up the line while we found our credit card to pay. Paris is overpriced!
AC and WiFi need attention
Paris Las Vegas
In 2021 having inadequate WiFi is an issue. You could only connect two devices before getting charged. The WiFi was too slow to be effective. Also, the AC never cooled the room down enough to sleep...More

In 2021 having inadequate WiFi is an issue. You could only connect two devices before getting charged. The WiFi was too slow to be effective. Also, the AC never cooled the room down enough to sleep comfortably...and this is in March so it isn’t too hot out. Also, we paid extra for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The window was so dirty it was a waste. The bathroom, specifically the shower, was impressive. They are doing a good job handling Covid.

Unless you want to pay a lot of money to be harassed by mask police I wouldn’t stay here. They had no towels available at the pool but did have a small army of security personnel walking around barking at guests who were socially distanced outdoors and seated to put on masks. Of course we understand the need for protocols but these people are nasty and aggressive. I can’t believe they force guests to pay a resort fee right now. There is nothing resort feeling about this stay.
