Rooms were mediocre but the staff was not willing to help. We were there for business and were told from the conference that Paris would wave the resort fees but when we arrived Paris refused! Everything was expensive, especially our stay with the $300 resort fees on top of the $5 bottles of water. We will not be staying in their hotel again.

The oatmeal is to die for.The dealers are courteous and knowledgable. I particulary like playing Blackjack with Ned. He is so friendly and likes to make playing a great and more than enjoyable experience.

Nowe that Ceaser's has acquired over half of Vegas including the Paris hotel, it has gone way down hill , here are just some of the issues-they charge to check in early, -there are no robes in rooms-the rooms were dirty-the resort fee of 42 a night, for nothing is absurd, there is no pool in winter, the internet, did not work and gym h ours were limited-there is no security at the elevators so anyone can walk the halls.-there is o turn down service in the eveningsCeaser's properties have become like an airline, where everything is an extra charge and the customer service sucks There is not a smoke free area of the casino
the hotel didn't want you to stay at all

Travelled to Vegas for a work conference. Conference attendee was supposed to have the resort fee waived. Hotel refused to honor it and I ended up with an extra 200$. Guest service was not helpful what so ever. For a four star hotel, they provide nothing in term of toiletry. I forget to pack toothpaste. Guest service told me to walk down to CVS and buy one in the middle of night. The maid service kept on asking if I was checking out since the moment I checked in. I do not recommend.
