The security staff many were very rude! I got no help when ask where could my boarding passes for the plane ride home. I thought one of the girls at the reservation desk could help me as they were not busy. Oh No, they don't do that. they did at Bally last year, at the Flamigo the year before ! not a good visit. No clean towel I paid for 3 days We left early. Will not return to the Paris Hotel!

Booked into the Paris which is centrally located on the strip during CR19. Hotel was priced right, super clean, staff good, rooms good, some food venues closed but most open no complaints. location is good as it is midway on strip the duce bus stops right in front so makes getting from one end of strip to other etc easy.

Check in was a nightmare! Only the person who’s name is on the reservation was allowed to enter in the line. Therefore, my husband had to FaceTime me during the process because he was confused. This caused people to congregate outside the check in area and social distancing wasn’t practiced. With most of their rooms being empty they still want to charge $50/night for a view. The room was average. It needed dusting and there was dried Mac n cheese on the wall. It never got cleaned during the 5 days/4 nights we were there. We called daily for towels. Our trash was overflowing. We virtually checked into the pool every morning which was required to gain entry. However, it remained at full capacity all 5 days and we never were able to use it. Machines were tight. Plenty of security officers roaming to tell you to put your face masks up between cigarette drags and sips of water. However, cocktail waitress were few and far between. Casino was clean and so were the eateries that were open. Bally’s and Planet Hollywood we’re closed so you felt isolated unless you wanted to walk in extreme heat. Checkout was the same process of check in. You never got to speak to a live person or I would have asked for at least 1 nights resort fees to be waived due to pool issues. The hotel/casino is beautiful inside and out and the location is great but service and accommodations are lacking.
