Staff were rude at least 50% of the time and the intent to dismiss or avoid concerns was overwhelmingly evident. The internet did not work and after repeated assertions that someone would come to address the issue, no one ever did. So, not only did the service fail to work, the staff strung me along, told me to "be in the room" when staff arrived, and three times I waited 1-2 hours in my room with no one showing up, no call. When I called, I had to start over each time. In then end, I HAD to have internet for work purposes, so I went to the McDonalds a mile or so away.
