Me and my friends awoke early during the second day of our stay to walk along the strip. Upon returning to our room in the afternoon, we were surprised to find that our key cards did not function. Apparently, the front desk locked us out of our room because our stay was booked under two reservations and they needed to charge us additional day fees. This was poorly explained by the front desk and it did not make sense until days after the incident. However, in the heat of the moment I asked to speak with the manager. I explained to the manager (Demaris) that I was confused about the charges and disappointed that they would lock us out of our room. The manager did not seem to care that they randomly locked us out of our room and refused to explain the booking error made. The manager threatened that if we did not pay the charges immediately that we would be kicked out of line and would not be able to access our belongings in the room. I usually like to give hotels the benefit of the doubt and overlook small hiccups in service. However, the way this manager addressed us as if we were nobodies, deeply affected me for the rest of my stay in Vegas. Me and my friends enjoyed Las Vegas very much and plan to return in the future. However, we do not see the Paris Las Vegas in those future plans ever again. I caution others to consider my warning or risk ruining their trip to Vegas.

We spent three nights at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas in a remodeled room. We have stayed here several times in the past and this was the best room we have had! Everything was clean and new! We had a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Bellagio fountains which were beautiful at night. I read several recent reviews about the front desk staff (some of which were not very complimentary), but I have to say we received excellent customer service both at check-in and check-out. We will be glad to come back when masks aren't required! Lots of hand sanitizer everywhere and table games with partitions which made it difficult to socialize with others at the tables. Took away some of the fun in playing! They had just opened to 80% capacity, so, hopefully, they will be at 100% soon!
